Noho Senior Arts Colony is an amazing place to live. The property itself is modern, bright and clean. There is plenty of parking available, some extra storage options, and the entrance of the building is secure with a call box for guests and deliveries. The lobby and halls are decorated and updated often with art pieces, many from the residents and surrounding community. The courtyards are a beautiful space to visit with friends and family or even just to read and be outdoors surrounded by beautiful plants. There are plenty of amenities for residents to enjoy like the heated pool, the fitness center, the library is equipped with books, games and movies. The business center has computers and printers, and there is an art room where residents can draw and paint. There is a calendar of events each month where residents can build their bonds with neighbors through workshops, classes, clubs and special events. The staff is amazing. Linda does an exceptional job at managing the property and making sure the building is clean, safe, and running smoothly. She is very personal with the residents and their families. There is always someone in the office during the day and Nico and Nabor are the friendliest; they work hard and know the property like the back of their hands. There are a variety of units available with spacious floorpans. The floors are beautiful, plenty of closet space, updated light fixtures and in-unit washers and dryers are a huge plus! The residents are diverse and active participants in the Noho Senior Arts community. Overall, a wonderful place to live staffed with amazing personnel who do great work for the building and it's residents. A great choice in home.

Beautiful and very clean community! Linda and Jennifer truly go above and beyond to assist with all property needs! Service is fast and less than a day maintenance takes care of unit requests.

The office staff are wonderful. Never have a complaint. Plus perfect placement within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and the metro station.

My father has been living here for 18+ months. By far the best decision made for him! Lisa is so patient and has been amazing with all the activities she's arranged from ASL, movie nights, aqua aerobics and monthly birthday celebration! Office staff always provides popcorn and goodies and are always very welcoming! Nabor is wonderful, there is really nothing he cannot Not do!
