This place isn’t clean at all, they leave dead bugs on the table. And after eating the receipt makes you have a extra 20% mandatory tip but they went over 20% for me. Instead they charged me 25% instead of what was written, I was scammed and disappointed in their service

Fresh made noodles in a delicious broth. What more can you ask for? With a glass kitchen, you can watch the action. A fun place to go, with really good food!

Background: Restaurant serves noodle cuisines and has different style in-house hand made noodles. Multiple locations.

Signature item: Beef soup noodle and in-house hand made noodles. I personally like flat noodles.

Open kitchen and hand made noodles by orders. I have tried most items in this restaurant. I highly recommend the beef soup noodle with flat noodles. Soup perfectly presents you the culture of Chinese with hand made noodles. I also love their green onion pan cake. Multi-layers and crunch with rich green onion flavor.

The take-out orders have all paper containers and decent packages.shout out for that.

Very busy place; we got in around 5pm on Sat weekend evening.we got the last available table.to-go/online order keeps flying in. Business seems pretty good.its a great place for trying out verity of noodle dishes from vary of regions.the hand slice noodle is one of the best i had in a long time.very chewy as stated. Service is attentive.a star taken away; its more of personal taste.the dishes are good; but it could be better in texture or flavor.
Overall i recommend to whoever wants to try out Asia style pasta; you won't be disappointed if you are new to this type of cuisines.

I used to like their beef pancake rolls a lot. Today I was very disappointed by how their beef pancake rolls were. There was little beef inside and but way too many green onions and cilantros which affected the texture. The sauce was also too sweet. Probably won’t come back again.

Great place. Excellent staff. I got the spicy beef noodle. Delicious broth and lots of flavor. Also got the beef onion pancake roll. Amazing. Would come back again

If you like Asian noodles with aromatic flavors, then you must try Noodle St. Healthy, wholesome comfort food noodles in sauces, soups, or stir fry. Noodles are hand pulled on site and come in standard round, small flat, triangle, and knife cut, which are thick. Appetizers include lamb skewers, cucumber salad, or fried chicken wings to name a few. There a few fried and white rice dishes, as well as bite size dumplings steamed or pan fried. Food here leans toward the health-conscious. Check the menu.

I took my elderly mom there. She's a very picky eater. We ordered the Chicken Noodle Soup. She ordered hers without the mushrooms. We both loved the soup there. She wants to eat there again!

I would give 3.5 if possible. The noodles were good, but the noodles themselves didn't have much flavor. I liked their beef rolls and spicy beef noodle soup. I didn't care much about the dan dan noodle. I would go back for the beef rolls and spicy beef noodles though.

The best place I have found, had cut and pulled noodles. Open kitchen, and great service. We had fried tofu, cucumber salad, dumplings, spicy noodle soup with standard round noodles, and a beef roll witch was scratch made also. I left really satisfied and full. We will be coming back!

Amazing food and huge portions! If you’re a Zabihatarian (aka only eats that good halal meat) I recommend you try this spot! Bring your friends too! You can literally drown in the soup. The noodles can be a bit long so maybe come with a way to cut them so you’re not slurping for like 3 minutes a bite.
