Noodles and Company reviews
20Ordered from them twice while stuck in hotel. Food was great, loved and mac and cheese and meatballs and their rice krispy treats are huge and delicious.
Was not busy at all but somehow did not have half of the items on their menu. Also the food was pretty salty.
David went above and beyond to make sure my visit went well. His customer service is excellent!
First time ever getting food from here. The menu was impressive and fresh looking. I chose the Mediterranean salad. OMG, it was AMAZINGLY delicious. So much flavor in a salad! The portion was impressive too. It really was an entire meal. I loved it. I will definitely eat there again. Thank you for a great salad!
We ordered the Butter Noodles with Steak, the Pesto Cavatappi with Steak, and the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. The pesto came without the steak and when we tried to call, their system just kept hanging up when you pushed the option to speak with someone. All 3 pastas were super dry with almost no sauce. Very bland.
They close an hour before their closing time. I get inconvenienced every time. I go there to try to get something but their hours say it’s open til 10pm but they lock the doors at 9pm. Why? Something needs to be done.
Prices and atmosphere are good.i ordered the mexican chicken salad and it was not.avocado had gone bad and was sour.that may have been a one time thing but what concerned me was the chicken.it was rubbery and likely brought in pre cooked frozen.it was definitively not grilled on location.like other higher end fast casual.i haven't tried the pasta but for the price i'm sure it's fine.
Just like its namesake says, this restaurant is all about noodles. If you're in the mood for Pad Thai, it's here. If uou want some comfort food, the Mac and Cheese hits the spot. It's not fantastic, but it's definitely good.
Prompt and friendly service at this location. The small side of Buffalo Mac was a perfect small meal. I have a feeling that their food keeps well to bring to work or for later reheating.
I'm definitely curious to try some of their salads, and it was a pleasant experience visiting this location.
Note to mgmt: Please consider allowing tip jars for your hard-working staff.
Came here for my birthday.used to be my undisputed favorite restaurant, but quality (and portions) seems to have gone down somewhat in years gone by.
I won't say it was disappointing, it's still decent food to be sure, I just know they can and have done better in the past.
From noodles to zoodles I have loved every dish I have ordered. Sauces are out of this world. Something for every person in your family.
Given order not as we ordered after specifically asking if the order was correct in bag. Laziness, get to hotel and not correct and not going back, waste of money!
I love your noodles but STOP putting cold butter in your hot meals for delivery! It’s Common sense to not put cold butter where it could MELT all over the hot meal! It’s happened way more than once. Uber, Postmates, etc.put it in a Tupperware like you used to.
Noodles & Company UTC will always be my favorite, even if they closed permanently, but I am so glad that Noodles & Company Sports Arena is here keeping my favorite dishes coming!
This shop is centrally located, right off the 8, and very easy to get to. They serve all my favorite Noodles & Company dishes like the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese, which I like with grilled chicken, or Spaghetti and Meatballs.
The staff is hilarious, which sells a chain restaurant for me. Today they wrote Red Hat on my receipt because they couldn't understand my name and it gave me a great laugh!
The store is also very clean. Especially considering the area it's in.
Terrible service. Terrible food. Dirty. Terrible customer service. Everyone hates their job. Grumpy.
Thought it was little pricey for what we received we will not go here again but we satisfied our curiosity on what it was about. It is cool that they have noodle alternatives like zucchini noodles and gluten-free noodles. Meatballs tasted like the frozen kind we get at the grocery store.
Good food. Quick service. Loved the grilled Orange chicken lo mein and BBQ chicken mac n cheese. Pad thai not so much.
Penne Rosa with grilled chicken. Not sure where was the Rosa sauce. It wasn't flavorful at all. Plenty of pasta and a generous bowl but, just not seasoned at all.
Discovered this place randomly while looking for food late at night. Friend and I had been looking for an inexpensive pasta place while on our trip and when we arrived we were very happy with the variety of dishes and the prices that went along with them. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even gave me a sample of one of the sauces so I could see if I would like it. The regular mac and cheese was delightful, the pad Thai (no cabbage) was a little spicy for me but had good flavor, pot stickers were yummy. Friend enjoyed the pesto sauce on her dish. We found out there's a location not too far from where we live and will definitely be hitting up that location when we return home and this location before we leave.
Normally they are pretty quick with the food but last time I waited more than 25 min. They need to keep up with the cleaning though. Overall the food was delicious!
