Noodles and Company, Carlsbad CA

Clean and fresh noodles, a wide variety of styles. Some of the noodles are spicy where you wouldn't expect so check before offering. The coke machine was a little wonky. Plenty of dining room space and high chairs available. The food is served in to go containers, the lids are by the drink machine.

I've ordered online here many times and have always been happy with my order! Penne Rosa is my go-to dish! I love it with the feta cheese!

I got noodles with Parmesan crusted chicken, and the chicken was burnt to a crisp and totally inedible. Very disappointed

Why does this whole place smell like raw sewage? Also the employees spent five minutes chatting and showing each other pictures on their phones before saying one word to me. They were literally cooking with one hand with their phone in the other hand. So gross. I walked out.

Been here twice and think it's decent. First time I wasn't impressed with my dish, thought it was kind of bland. The second time I had Pad Thai and thought it was pretty good.

Dry Mac n cheese.too expensive for quality of food. Tomato bisque to salty. Although the salads are good, the restaurant lacks flavor in their most important dishes.

Food was ok It used to be better my chicken was over cook I got Pennerosa with Parmesan chicken and a few other meal I was not so happy specially when you spend over $60.00, my kids meals (pasta was way over cook) I will probably comeback just because I know they are better they probably just having a bad day. After all we all do.

Order process is horrible-the machine often mistakes your order. I had to waste gas and time to come back for the poor ordering system! Honestly, would likely order else where as I didn’t even get a ‘sorry’ in a customer centric business. Poor customer service= no return customers. Luckily, there are plenty of other options in Carlsbad:)

Nice, clean and roomy. Wasn't crowded when we went, so no.problem in finding a place to sit. I ordered the Buffalo chicken mac n cheese and korean meatballs alot of Mac not enough chicken, overall it was tasty. The meatballs were delicious!

So disappointing. Ordered 4 items and only one dish was good. The worst is the Mac and Cheese. Literally, boring noodles without cheese sauce. The cheese is just on the top. Awful and expensive. The zucchini "noodles" were practically raw and the sauce was watery. The Korean meatballs are regular meatballs with some sauce on them. I ordered extra sauce and regret it. $1.20 for a meager amount of sauce. The only dish that was good was the tortellini w/parmasan-crusted chicken. Delicious.

Penne Rosa & Japanese Pan Noodles are my favorite entrees. The portion sizes keep getting smaller but the prices go up so that’s why I give it a 4. Recommend this if you want to have a quick dinner or lunch, I order pickup on the noodles & co app.

While hunting for a healthier, lighter lunch option we stumbled on this place. They offer all different types of noodles (traditional as well as zucchini and cauliflower) as the base for a variety of cuisines; Asian, Italian, Mac and cheese etc.

I opted for the zucchini shrimp scampi. The zucchini noodles were well prepared, not soggy, good texture and the flavor of the sauce and shrimp was good. Not mind blowing, but good. I opted for the larger size which was about right for a light lunch.

We came here on a whim while on vacation. Needless to say there is something for everyone and we actually ended up coming in twice! There is such a variety to choose from I don't think you can go wrong with any choice. The staff here was also incredibly friendly and kind.

Girl at cash register was very nice. The tall husky young guy behind cooking needs to not judge any guests who come in. He looked over at me and I smiled and nodded my head say hello. But he gave me a fu.you look and snarled in discuss. He needs to learn better manners and customer service. Also a customer should be told if the dish has noodles or not. I didn't get any doodle. It saids zucchini noodles one would expect the noodles to have a zucchini taste or made from them or with them in the noodles mix.

It used to be good, but now it's worthless. Only open from 4pm to 9pm. Online ordering doesn't work, and they're understaffed, so you'll wait forever when you order in-person.

Every time I'm in the area I need to stop here! The service is fast, staff is amazing and the food is always delicious!

It's good and all but just had one bowl of pasta and smelled like garlic for 3 days maybe cut down on the garlic? I mean I had enough garlic on me to face off Dracula
