Had an access gate that stopped working and contacted these guys as they had repaired a garage door for me a few years ago (very satisfied with their work).
Stephanie (?) set an appointment for the next day and called back to tell me Eric was available that afternoon.
He arrived and went right to work, diagnosed my problem and had my system up and running in short order. He was efficient, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable.
Truly a pleasure to work with a company like this.

Had an issue with a garage door opener that wouldn't, so called Nor-Cal. Bright and early Monday morning, Brandon George, the Technician, appeared and within a few minutes had it back in operation. He made what appeared to be minor adjustments that had major impact on things, explaining the "hows" and "whys" along the way. When he left after adjusting springs, rails, and belts, it sounded like a new unit. Nice guy, that Brandon. We need more people like him in the service industry with a detail oriented outlook.

Had a broken spring but was not an emergency need. The planned time got moved back from the initial appointment, due other needs that were on the way to our location. We were informed of the schedule change and the revised schedule was met. The job was completed very professionally and I believe reasonably priced. Would recommend them without a question.

This company was called to give a quote on a repair, they decided to perform un-authorized work while I was out of my store, then on top of that, their work lasted about 4hrs and broke again, and refuse to refund charges that double the estimates of two other companies. SCAM ARTIST!

Nor-Cal Overhead replaced both of my garage doors. They pointed out how the old doors were not properly installed. New home construction installers often have to cut corners in order to stay on schedule. Well, Nor-Cal cut no corners with my new doors. They are properly aligned and balanced. It's effortless to operate them by hand.

Communication was breeze. They are email savvy and were always professional on the phone. Thank you, Jennifer, Lorri, Brandon and, especially, Clayton!

Quick and responsive, especially for same day service on a Sunday. Repaired in under an hour. Definite recommend!
