American Restaurant Norah reviews
31Great evening all the way around! Excellent service, with friendly and tentative staff and management. Exceptional food. Our family had the Chef's Tasting and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Every dish was delightful. Relaxed atmosphere allowed for easy conversation as well. I highly recommend Norah!
Best cornbread with honey butter I've ever eaten. We were in California on vacation from Florida and I would come here again just for that! Interesting mixed drinks and a nice house beer before our comedy show. Didn't eat dinner here, but the appetizers and drinks were a hit!
Great atmosphere and food was fantastic. A little on the pricey side and drink menu could be better, but this is West Hollywood
Food was good, waitress was accommodating and helpful. A bit pretentious and quite expensive for what it is, but good place to impress a date!
Creative menu with changes incorporated frequently. Only problem is sometimes my favorites disappear! Wine list is great cocktails are spectacular. A go to staple right in my neighborhood
Delicious Vegetarian dishes specifically the cornbread was really tasty, soft, crisp and melting. Also, the eggplant & pistachio was amazingly prepared. Little pricy but 100% worth prices. Don't remember the names of other dishes but the fried cauliflower was another yummiest recipe never tried. I shall absolutely visit them every time I visit LA.
Um, it was okay. One of those new places that seems to be trying way too hard. "Southern classics" that just end up being good, but underwhelming given the outrageous build-up and descriptions in the menu. So, while this is definitely a nice place, my opinion is that it in no way lives up to its own WeHo-style hype.
Went with a couple friends to check out the view, had a couple cocktails and then left. This place is nothing more then a "view" of CA. Decided to dine down the street Otium.
They have a stunning selection of biodynamic wines (which is most of their wine list), and creative and well-being thought out dishes. The sommelier is fantastic; he has steered us in the right direction every time and it's a joy to discover wines through him. The decor and ambiance are fantastic. This restaurant brightens up my corner of West Hollywood!
The guys behind the bar are brilliant: custom-made me something that I loved. The cheese starter was a delight too. A little too scene-y for my taste, but solid food!
