Norcal Bike Sport reviews
19Just wanted to say a Big Thank you for taking care of the Bike this morning. Everyone I spoke to was incredible. Sam, Thanks for the education on the line of Bikes. I so love the level professionalism buying locally.
I went there trying to get an tube for my 32” tire and the sales clerk or whatever he was, rude unprofessional, and lack the assistive character necessary for dealing with the public.they wouldn’t even assist with ordering tube got me.never shop with them ever again
In and out in 10 minutes with a flat repair.
Great service. Worth the extra drive time.
Will use again.
Got my specialized road bike there years ago, they always give me top shelf service and reasonable prices, although nothing is cheap. True cyclists own and operate that bike shop so they are passionate about what they do and know their stuff. Highly recommended bike shop.
Went in at 3: 00 with a list of stuff I need done to my bicycle by 4: 30 it’s done for a great price too definitely going back nexts time
Scheduled a fitting and the issue was my saddle. In ten minutes the fitter identified the issue and proposed the right solution. Intelligent, good communicator, and he had the right attitude. If you are having a problem, and a fitting might help, this is the bike fitter you need to see. Back in the saddle again!
NorCal bike sport is amazing! I just went in half an hour before closing and they fixed my brakes in 10 minutes completely free of charge! They were also very helpful finding a taillight. Great service, highly recommend.
The crew here is super friendly, courteous and gets you in and out really fast. Definitely would use them again and recommend them highly!
Kind of snotty if you're not a racer.or if you're female. I went in shopping for a new mountain bike, and although the bike was for me, I had the money, and I am the one who knows about bikes, the salesperson refused to speak directly to me while my husband was nearby and spoke only to him. My husband had to move to another part of the store so that the salesperson would actually answer my questions. Lame.
Visited today and i was impressed by the knowledgeable staff. Special thanks to Jackson for his patience with all my questions. Diverge, Crux, Shimano Di or ETap, lol, he was patient. Overall, very impressed with my experience.
They have always been very human.perhaps that is unprofessional, and yet, a professional might charge me for used pedals, rather than just getting me back on the road.to me, that type of consummate behavior is authentic goodness.
They know their bikes, but sometimes it feels like they are there for racing teams rather than the average rider. The staff comes across as condescending to average riders and I'm a rider of many years with many 1000's of miles. I'm just not that interested in racing, saving a few grams or spending a fortune on my biking, which seems like a turn off to some of the staff. The nearby Trek store seems much more willing to work with a wide variety of riders.
I went in to Norcal to get new tires, tubes and a lock. I am new to biking and will be commuting to work on my bike. Josh helped me get everything I need in an efficient manner. He understood what I was looking for and gave me the best options available. I had a great experience at Norcal and will continue to go back.
Great service. Helpful staff and very knowledgable about the area and bikes as a whole. A must visit.
This place is great. I moved here recently, checked out several bike shops in the area. I have found this one to be the best. I have a road bike and they have serviced it well. One of the repair guys, a young kid, really knows his stuff - is very thorough. Very good fair pricing with high service. I recommend this shop.
Just went there for the first time. Sam was the man he explained everything that he was doing to my wife's bike and why Then installed a new bike stem for free. The trek store was going to charge for installation glad I didn't go there.
Solid Local Business with good products, selection and customer service. I have been shopping here in its various ownership for 20+ years. These folks also give back a good amount to their community and promoting cycling as a way of life, not fun and sport!
These guys know their bikes and offer great service though they can come across as a little condescending from time to time. I like the Specialized line, so this is where I go for all things Specialized. They have fixed or diagnosed several problems that other mechanics (out of town) have missed, so my confidence in them is very high. In a perfect world, I'd wish their prices were a tad lower.
