The appointment was for my wife and customer service they all were very nice and helpful. The lady who did her ultrasound was really nice they are a amazing team

I liked the tech she was very nice I had a 1: 30 appointment I arrived at 100 like requested, I didn’t get my test until 2 pm. The wait of 1 hour was ridiculous. I think something should be done about that.

My experiences with the technicians once I get to the back have always been beyond positive. They are concerned, professional, understanding patient and attentive. Until about three weeks ago, I had nothing but positive things to say about the front desk staff as well. Lately though, I have been given incomplete and even incorrect information both on the phone and in person. Today was the very last straw. I was treated rudely, had my insurance paperwork slammed loudly on the desk, just abysmal treatment. Expect to wait approximately two hours for absolutely nothing, just to be told they will not see you and to come back. Then, when you get what they all of a sudden require, wait two hours to be told that you ha e the wrong information (provided by them), with no respect let alone apology, and need to return hours later. Arrive early to be called upon an hour after your appointment. The only positives are the technicians, SOME of the front staff and you will be treated MUCH worse at the ghetto Oakland office.

I found NorCal Imaging to be very efficient from check-in through the Xray procedure. The technician was very gentle & reassuring during the whole experience. She was also very respectful of my modesty being sure not to leave me feeling exposed at any time. They even had me in & out in a timely manner after I had expressed a time that I needed to be completed by. They were very proficient in helping me to reach that goal. I would highly recommend their facilities to anyone in need of imaging services. I wish to thank & commend the staff for a job well done.

The staff was very helpful, Friendly and very knowledgeable when I scheduled my appointment. The office was very clean and a very soothing atmosphere. The MRI Tech (Sello? - forgive me if I misspelled her name). She was awesome and so patient.
The staff really made it very comfortable and stress free for me doing this procedure.

is a very clean and safe environment. Especially due in the situation of Covid. They kept everybody safe distance from each other. And the service went fast.
Staff has always been very nice…. Going above and beyond making sure you’re comfortable & safe in your space.

I gotten in fast and did my X-rays but I left really terrified! The person that did the X-rays was not very nice to me I felt anyways, I was terrified that what I might have though I have the symptoms of something it still very scary not feeling reassured! Could of been more sympathic

The front desk was friendly and the techs were great. My only feedback is, if the patient is late, their appt should not get priority over the patient on time. They should have to wait, the patient that was on time should not have to wait.

I loved the compassion and time spent with the worker’s they took time with each client until all issues were resolved and it was with a smile

My experience having my test done was quick & fast, like it should be. Overall, it's great & I have no negative thoughts &/or feelings about them.

If you need any kind of imaging go to NorCal Imaging in San Leandro there they care good care of you, that is why I gave them 5 stars.

They are very friendly and fast in here I was in there for a x-ray I walked in and only waited 10mins at the most before I was seen by the technician

I was in-and-out very quickly for my mammogram and the woman who did the imaging was very polite and professional and respectful and I would recommend this

My appointment was at 10 AM and I arrived 30 minutes prior as instructed. Even though the office was very busy, I was seen probably at 10 AM. After a short wait in the inner office I was seen by a lovely technician. I would certainly return for any other services I need

Staff were very organized, the process was simply, they definitely have a system that works, everything had good timing no long wait and staff were very attentive to all patients equally. I had a very good experience there.
