NorCal Imaging - Oakland

The staff was very professional and I was the last patient. The place looks much cleaner than before. So in all this covid fear projection, some good also came out of it:)
Four stars because it was almost impossible to schedule an appointment these days.
The phone wait was over 40 min long.

Staff is good, facility is fine, but the no appointment policy for X-rays is terrible (only walk ins allowed). I was there 2 hours today! They should try another system.

Everyone at NorCal Imaging in Oakland was very professional and nice. I asked the woman who gave me my scan a lot of questions about it and her information was really helpful.

Great service from professional staff. Very crowded, but they worked quickly to get everyone serviced, excellent job.

Great customer service. A very kind lady did the ultrasound, she was such nice woman. Hearty appreciated.

How wonderful that NorCal Imaging is open on the weekends! JJ, the receptionist, was pleasant as well as professional, as was the tech. Easy parking.

Dreadful wait for an X-ray. I had to return on another day trying to get there when the office opened. I was told that was 8: 30. When I got there, several people had signed in at 8: 18. I had asked for an appointment and was told there are no appointments for X-rays ever. The staff are kind and courteous. The way patients' time is managed is not their fault.

Every single staff person i have interacted with here is helpful, kind, caring, skilled and for me personally, i like people who have a good sense of humor (being sick and hurt is the worst so a little laughter is good medicine for me!) They go way beyond customer service to client care. It is amazing to go to a place where i feel like more than just a number. I can not say enough good things about this place and my experiences!

Saw my concern, read the results immediately instead of having me wait week. I was extremely appreciative, especially when told all is well!

People at the desk where very nice. Imaging Dr. Was very nice. Always checking to see if I was ok and if I was cold. Made me feel like they really cared.

Had an MRI done today. As with all my other MRI'S and Xray done here, very friendly staff and great tec's. I will choose them every time for any future orders.

The staff at NorCal imaging were polite and helpful despite running late. They got me in and out in a reasonable time. Staff were helpful in completing my paperwork which needed to be done.

Calling this place is like entering a seventh layer of hell. You will wait for half an hour at least. Just put the phone on speaker and set it down next to you. Once you get a hold of someone, the staff are pretty friendly though.

Such amazing people work here! I was running late and was a total mess when I arrived (completely forgot my order form) and the reception staff were so lovely in helping me get everything tracked down. I truly felt they went above and beyond to make sure I could attend my appointment, and were incredibly kind and understanding the entire time.
The technician I met with was kind, efficient and clear in their communications about the process and procedures. I felt at ease and well taken care of.
Wonderful experience overall!

The facility is nice. But many people who come in doesn't know to sign on the sheet to check in. It will be easy and nice if you can make a note so that everyone can see what to do.

I was VERY impressed by the care and service I received at NorCal. It was my first MRI and I was curious about the technology as well as a little anxious. The front desk folks were polite and efficient, and the MRI techs were patient in answering all my questions and made me feel right at ease. It actually was kind of fun! THANK YOU for an EXCELLENT experience.
