NorCal Pools

Have used NorCal Pools on several occasions for pump installation and electrical repairs. Bryan is knowledgeable, timely and his services are a great value.

I’ve used NorCal Pools twice in the past two years to repair my pool equipment. Bryan answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. He did both jobs with very short notice (so my pool didn’t have time to turn green) and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

We had a leak in our pool pump and could get no one else to even call back, 6 days before July 4th. He not only called back but was at our place in a day. Troubleshooted our leak, tried to find a replacement part but none would fit. So gave us helpful info for warranty repair. We did go back to the original installer for the repair, but guess who followed up with us? Bryan with NorCal pools, just to stillif we still had the leak and if we needed further assistance. Five stars is NOT enough, 10 stars is more like it. We will get in touch with NorCal 1st for all our future pool care needs.

We've had Bryan and his team come out on 2 separate occasions to help get our new hot tub out to speed. Bryan is very knowledgeable and super generous in taking the time to explain what he's doing and how to balance our hot tub chemicals. I highly recommend these guys and will be using them more in the future!

Pump replaced and pipe work reconfigured. Job done on time and exactly what I was quoted. Honest and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Brian for any pool issues.

Brian has been fantastic, we had him replace our booster pump when it started leaking profusely. About a year later, the new pump was having issues and leaking from the bottom so he replaced it with a new one for no charge.

The best thing about him is his honesty. I thought our main pump needed to be replaced and was ready to pay for it to be switched out. He took a look at it and figured out that a much less expensive part needed to be replaced, saving us about $2,000.

It's rare to find someone who responds quickly, is honest, and fairly priced. We'll be sticking with him from now on.

Brian is very thorough and explains in detail how the pool and spa system works in conjunction with the roof solar system. He goes out of his way to repair anything that needs repairing. Very punctual and professional.

We were having issues with our pool. It was cloudy and green. We reached out to Bryan to see if it was possible to have him come out that specific day. We needed the pool to be “swimmable” for the weekend. Bryan is awesome! He came out within hours. He tested the chemicals and got them in check. He cleaned out the filters and brushed the pool. He gave us some advice for pool services. He was extremely helpful. By the next day, the pool was much better and swimmable. Thank you Bryan for the amazing service you provided!

Responsive and immediate assistance with our pool issues, including diagnostic of sweep function and scheduling. Called 4 other service companies in Rocklin/Roseville - all either non response or have to wait 1-2 weeks just to come out for diagnostics.

As a local in Rocklin, I've been through a few Pool services that didnt match the Customer service and professional results I get with Bryan and Nor Cal pools. My Pool sweep was on the fritz and Bryan repaired not only the belt, but did a full service on the gears, and all moving internal parts to make it perform optimally. He's always on time, priced for the results you desire and is responsive via phone call or text as needed. It's been over a year with Nor Cal Pool and I dont plan on going anywhere. Top Notch Pool Services! Thanks for all you do!

I called NorCal pools and was glad to hear they could be out within a couple of days. I had a pump that failed and needed repair/replacement. Other pool services had extensive lead times of 2 to 3 weeks. Bryan was prompt and very professional and did a great job on the pump replacement. Even shared where the best place to buy chemicals locally and the length of time to run my pump, as I do my own upkeep.

Bryan did a pool inspection for us during the inspection process on a house purchase. He was extremely helpful in checking through the system and going over the details. He also coordinated a time to go back over the system with us to let us know what we had and what we needed to plan for in the future. He has helped us with recommendations and getting set up to enjoy our pool.

Has been using the at my rental because of a referral from an acquaintance. Was told by. Y tenants that they were there weekly for about three minutes each time. Went to look at the pool and it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in a month.
