Norcal Urgent care dba Main Street Urgent Care

This place is great! People act like an Urgent Care is a Kaiser or Sutter. Dr. Raj and the ladies there are great. I've been going here for 3 years and even made Dr. Raj my primary care. I have gotten MRIs, blood work, referrals to sleep study and pain doctor all through them. May be wait a little bit but that's expected. I have been referring my family to go to dr raj.

Lathrop Urgent Care and Main Street Urgent Care is the best. Dr Raj is so helpful, understanding, kind, and caring doctor. Melissa is the best manager anyone can ask for. She is always listening and helpful and understanding. The staff is very helpful and understanding. I was a medical assistant extern in both sites and the experience was amazing. Without Melissa and Dr Raj I would not have been where I am. The staff is amazing. Crystal, Jessie, Gurbinder, Shervante Melissa, Dr Raj is amazing. Keep up the good work. Thank you for having me Dr Raj and Melissa at your clinic. May god continue to bless you all and I recommend anyone looking for a great docor go to Lathrop or Main Street Urgent Care. Dr Raj is the best doctor.

I even don't want to give one star because this is the horrible care or place to go. My aunt had an eyelash on her eye corner which was bothering her so we went there to take it out, after waiting 2 hours on a really dirty room the doctor came and he couldn't do anything plus without saying anything and disrespectfully they kick us out. So please don't waist your time and money.

I went to this clinic yesterday 9/11/18 in a lot of pain. The staff up front were kind and helpful. The assistant on back treated me with the utmost care and compassion. Dr. STROME was amazing. She took care of all my needs not rushed and after her diagnosis and treatment, within an hour I was already feeling so much better. THANK YOU MAIN STREET URGENT CARE.

I was in a really bad situation today, kidney stone with no where to turn being a recently retired military vet without insurance. These ladies were angels, got me in and on my way in record time, ive gone to emergency rooms with a kidney stone before and had to wait 4 hours of pain just for the shot in the arm. I'm so grateful to them and their staff.

I use to go to this clinic when it was under the old owners and it was pretty horrible but I came in recently to find new staff new owners and that the clinic has been remodeled and I must say I will be back it is so much more welcoming and pleasant great staff and a very kind compassionate Doctor on staff it's unfortunate that the urgent care has to be stuck with the previous owners horrible reviews!

These girls are great! There is a new owner and the bad reviews are from the previous one. Im a truck driver and i truly was in an emergency and over 2,000 miles away from home. They were so kind, courteous, and accommodating to my situation. Prices were extremely fair especially considering my situation. The front desk was very pleasant and the Dr.was extremely patient to all my questions and was not in a rush at all. There was a staff member named Melissa who was sincerely sympathetic to my situation i and felt she truly cared beyond her job requirements. I gladly give them a 5 star rating! -Marco

The doctor was over a half hour late, longest wait ever (and it has been like that every time we have been here), carpet is disgusting, and The doctor wouldn't even see my son after waiting 2 hours.

If you want staff with sh**ty attitude, ridiculous long wait times, a filthy environment that looks like it could get you sick from just being there, and dogsh*t terrible doctors, then you're going to the right place

This place is a complete joke. Can't get an appt until at least a month out.oh and if you're really sick and you can't wait a month you can go as a walk in but you better bring breakfast lunch and dinner cause you'll be waiting ALL DAY.

Horrible.two hour wait for the doctor to see me for 5 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Have never been felt to be less of a human being than here. Waited 2 1/2 hours after paying over $105.00 Just because I have cancer and need my medication filled in California does not constitute one to be a drug addict. The Dr. (a lady) was extremely nice and helpful. HOWEVER the office staff expecially the blond with acne was extremely rude and acted like she was the office gestopo.to bad one person can give a place a horrible reputation and a person in need a horrible experience

I was prescribed pain killers, Walgreens pharmacy denied my script from Urgent care and requested cancellation, Urgent care agreed without informing me, on the word of a non MD. I have been in pain every since, and lost every thing.

Main street urgent care. Its a decent place to be seen EXCEPT one of the ladies working in the front she needs to lose her attitude. Shes rude and this aint the first time i been here. Every visit shes like that she needs to learn better customer service since this is her place of employment

There used to be a really nice doctor who rotated here, was always very good with his patients, but he passed away. Besides him, the staff, all the other physicians, everyone, terrible. Average wait time in the waiting room is approx 3 to 4 hours. This place should be shut down, but its reallyunfortunate that many ppl living in the area dont have another option: (

If I could rate this place on how horrible it was I'd give it 5 stars. First, they can never answer their phones. Lady's that's work there act very unprofessional. The doctors have to look up your symptoms in a book. They clearly don't know what their doing. My recommendation to everyone is to avoid this place. On top of that you wait very long for crappy care. I can not stress how crap of an establishment urgent care is.

You have to piss dirty to get your meds. I was with kaiser for 12 years and lost my job and had to get different insurance. I just got a letter today from the coward doctor that i was no longer able to go there cause i told him how i feel. This is a bulshit place and they need to look at another way to check for abusers and ones that need it.

I hate this place, I truly do all they did was make things worse! I wish you guys actually cared. I give a 0 to every single person including the doctors
