Worse place too take your vehicle. They charge alot to do nothing and screw with your vehicle. I took two of my vehicles to them had one vehicle worked on and now my stero speakers don't work and have too open 2 doors for the radio to shut off, which are $2000 speakers, other vehicle I had problems with which I knew what was wrong with it expecting it to be fixed when I got it back. $2500 latter come to find out they charged me $2500 and nothing was fixed

I was recommended Norco Auto Tech by a coworker. He said this place is honest, and that's exactly what they were. I had them look at a transmission issue and walked away feeling like I had a decent answer. Now to save up for the fix lol

Anthony and his crew exceeded all expectations. Finding a solid diesel mechanic can be stressful. Norco Auto Tech welcomed me in and took incredible care of my truck. The three biggest takeaways for me and this shop are
1. COMMUNICATION. Anthony would check in with me regularly regarding the status of my truck.
2. Execution. The mechanics disassembled, machined, corrected and reassembled my motor in the exact time they promised.
3. Cleanliness and performance. My truck was delivered on time and the workmanship was IMMACULATE.

I have had my 1ton dually back on the road for the past 14 days straight and she’s been running better than ever before.
I will now be taking all of my vehicles to Norco Auto Tech.

This place is incredibly, ridiculously
, stupid expensive. They are double the price of anywhere else I’ve ever seen. They charge 150.00 an hour for labor. I was quoted over 500.00 to put in a 40.00 piece that is very easily accessible. Another shop did the work for around 200.00 and I had my car back the very same day. These guys are an absolute price gouging ripoff. And…. After making a plan the previous day to bring my car in the next morning, they then tell me they can’t even look at it the same day? It was 9: 45 am! RIP OFF!

Impatient, rude and lack of communication when I needed clarity about pick up times. I don't know much about vehicles so I did need a lot of help understanding what was going on. That's why it's very important to be able to trust and feel comfortable with the auto shop my car is sent to. Definitely not feeling that trust here. Wasn't my choice to come here (insurance towed it here) and in the end insurance didn't cover my issues which were Maintanence related. So if you're in the same boat, don't come here.

Best auto repair the employees are great super knowledgeable only place I have my cars worked on.
