Nordstrom, Roseville CA

Thank you to Steven in Chanel for being amazing, once again! My mom is preparing for a big fundraiser gala and you took the time to help her pick out the right colors to go with her new dress as well as took time to show her how to apply her new make up. She looked absolutely stunning and is now ready for the gala! You always take such good care of everyone I send to you! You are absolutely the best!

Rude gentleman in ladies shoe section. Told my mother she'd have to take a number just to ask a question. A question such as.excuse me do you carry Calvin kline ect, shouldn't need a number. In the time it took for him say, you'll have to take a number for me to answer you question. He could have just said yes we do or no we don't. My mother said she'll never come back. They lost a customer.

Even their shoes cost more than the other stores in Roseville Galleria because they were not on sale, the sale attendant who helped my husband find a comfortable dress shoes went over and beyond his duties. He's very nice, patient and has excellent customer service. We love this store.

Bought a 1300 dollar suit at full price. They butchered it beyond repair when tailoring it. Refused to allow a return. Offered to refund the cost of tailoring which should have been free with the suit purchase anyways. Buyer beware. Not the customer service Nordstrom is know for.

Love this store always and forever. They even returned items I’d had for over a year with no problem. I wish I could afford it all.

My wife and I went to Nordstrom to find her a nice dress to wear to my son's upcoming wedding. Staff was very helpful in selecting 5 dresses for her to try. After selecting a lavender dress, we went shoe shopping. The staff was very helpful in getting the right sized shoes, which will be sent to our home.

Pinki and Araceli went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my decision on my sunglass purchase, we had fun and the experience was 5-star. They enjoyed helping me find the right pair Balenciaga vs Tom Ford. Thanks team!

Outstanding customer assistance. Quick, courteous and helpful. Store is very neat and organized and clean. I haven't ever shopped there before because I couldn't find items easily. Looks like that has changed. Will definitely be back.

Worked with Martin in the men's suiting section on a busy day. Martin was attentive and did a great job getting me the suits, shirts, and fitting that I needed.

Their clothes is Hella expensive. I ordered some bridesmaid dresses. Also the employees at Nordstrom are rude.

My husband bought a $1500.00 Armani Sports jacket and left it be tailored. It was sent 2 weeks later in a box not wrapped or covered at all to protect it from (dust, water, etc) but even the right hangar and left without a signed for at our door.it was wrinkled. You guys are slipping.

I’m a new resident to this area. Today was my second time going to the mall with my infant and parking at the Nordstrom parking - entrance to the baby and men section. Not sure why by the ADA door still doesn’t work. It was raining hard today and I had to deal with opening the door by myself for my baby and I. This is horrible service. If the ADA door doesn’t work, there should at least be a worker there at all times to help with the door.

If this is my second time this week that has happened to me going in and out of Nordstrom, they must be doing this on purpose for people like me.

I will definitely park somewhere else from now on.

I was assaulted by Sharni and the store manager Anna and beauty managers Desiree and Andy did nothing. I have filed a federal and state complaint.

My Daughter went into the store and ordered a pair of UGGs for $199.00 two months ago. They came in the mail and she also bought UGG cleaner. When she applied the cleaner on them it left a stain.

We took them back and was told they were fake UGGs! I said, these are what they sent to her. She asked, do you have the box? No, but here’s the receipt. She said, I’m sorry I can’t take back fakes!

I wouldn’t back down and finally she said I can give you a gift card. I said, fine and thank you.

We got home and looked them up, and they’re the exact ones she had. Beware, Nordstrom is sending out fakes.

This is a 2 floor building that has all the normal stuff that all nordstrom's have.clean and connected to the mall.

Went in 2 weeks ago to get Grooms attire for our wedding and was very pleased with Chris’s help and with picking out what we got. Would recommend him and Nordstrom to anyone looking for quality customer service and high quality clothing!
