Nordstrom Rack, Temecula CA

I use to love shopping at Nordstrom Rack however, there shoe selection in size 10 and up for women have become slim picking. I also notice there was no customer assistance in the shoe department so you literally had to hunt and pick to find what your looking for. The level of stress you endure in Nordstrom Rack is more then a notion. I cannot recommend Nordstrom Rack and I personally will shop on line in the future. Dissatisfied customer

They Need to Add More Men Shoe Sizes Like
13s, 14s & 15s men Shoes.

Great place to get summer dresses. They have a large variety of clothes and the staff is very friendly and helpful. 15 item limit in fitting room saves a lot of time when trying out clothes.

This store had promotion and we bought enough to get the gift card. However, they never send us the gift card! Their promotion is lie to lure you in to buy more of their products. The quality of their products is very low too. Clothing in the store look like super used! Avoid this store!

Occasional good deals on overly priced clothing. The people working here are always friendly and helpful.

Always the best place to shop for higher end clothes. The only down side if you are looking for plus sizes it has vary limited options. It does have a great shoe selection.

Don’t leave your purse here or the workers will steal money from it. Manager claimed “my workers wouldn’t do that” when it was before closing and it couldn’t have been a customer ‍️ Be careful

This location used to feel so classy with great finds. Seems a little rundown now. Reminds me of Ross.

BUYER BEWARE!
I purchased a few items on 11/03/2021 and when I got home I noticed that the shoes I purchased had been worn for a while. Obviously they were used and returned. The wear clearly showed that they were worn on concrete not inside the store carpet. I immediately went back to the store and returned them. I wrote a letter to the District Manager Katrin Barnabas and carbon copied the CEO Erik B. Nordstrom. Katrin called me and said that the wear was caused by someone trying the shoes in the store.
I have enclosed pictures so you be the judge.

I feel like I'm going to a Ross. I do not like the layout whatsoever. I went to Ross once and won't be returning to the Rack.
