Good assortment of shoes for men and women Reasonably priced items, brand names in handbags too.

Looks as if they have hired some non racial profiling people. Much better service and experience this time!

Neatly stacked clothes. Racks are a bit tight. Fitting room nicely managed and CLEAN! Love that!

Sometimes a bargain, but often not. Clearance section was really unorganized and messy. Children's shoes were scarce with very limited selection. Lots of women's shoes and clothes for those that like spending time looking for the right buy. Employees are friendly and prompt however sometimes they'll forget to remove the security tag/ device so be vigilant unless you want to feel embarrassed on your way out or worse, have to come back because it didn't even trigger the alarm on your way out and now you're home and have an article you can't use.

OnTranc delivery men so lazy walk to front door drop off package. Delivery men always drop off at my garage there is no shave. They don't do their job as well.

Smaller location with less variety than the downtown SF or Serremante Racks but they had a good selection of shoes and the line was short and quick.

Currently came to this store to pay a bill I have a flight to catch and the line was wrapped around the store I went and found Ulga not sure if I’m spelling her name right I asked to to see if they have the mobile register so I can make a payment to avoid missing my flight waiting on line she calls jake the manager and he says no I have to wait in line. Not only do I spend thousands of dollars I’m a credit card member this is insane that this store wouldn’t help me make my payment faster to avoid my flight. I will never shop at this store and I’m going to close out my card first thing in the morning for being treated like this. Ulga deserves a raise for trying to help me. Again not sure if I’m spelling he name right. Now I can’t pay my bill in the store and will get charged a late fee because I can’t pay it in the store I never pay my card online I always go in the store. I have about 50 mins to get to the airport because of this inconvenience

You need to watch this location at the time of checking out. An item is mark $19.97 with a tag and it will scan $24.97 and if you don't notice, they got you. Cashier did not care and he got frustrated at me when I pointed this out. Few years ago the rack was an excellent place to shop not anymore.

Don't you just LOVE finding that one thing that becomes your favorite treasure? You will wear it forever and the price was a steal? Well.this is the Nordies Rack for that! I always find that unexpected treasure in Dublin.

Such a great experience, the line was really long due to the holidays and one of the employees gave out fruit snacks to those of us waiting. The guy who rang our items up was also incredibly polite and cheerful. I got everything I needed for a good price and will definitely come back. I wish I knew the names of the two gentlemen so I could put in a good word!

So I don't really ever buy anything. I go here to get my Nordstrom deliveries and make returns.

Try to avoid peak times or you may be in line for a long time

I am not usually an online or in store shopper. However, I had a paper gift card which I had earned doing a research study. I had intended to go to the Nordstrom Rack in San Leandro, but was pleasantly surprised to see that Dublin had one. I was able to find and spend most of my $200 on some lovely lounge wear and leggings and still had money to spend at the Emeryville NR! One staff person I met in Dublin was very friendly, and the place was clean and not crowded.

Nordstrom /Nordstrom rack is one of my favorite stores to shop. I usually drive about 25 miles to go to the nearest location from where I live. I needed comfortable boots for work so instead of driving I order them online on of my boots I ordered two pairs by mistake so I took one back a week a go and I decided to take the other pair as well cause I have bunions in my feet and that wasn’t comfortable for me any ways Unfortunately that one didn’t work out for me so I decided to take it back unwarned and brand new in the box to this location (Dublin CA). The cashier that helped me with return was rude and had no clue what was she doing. She kept telling me you already returned this one I told her I ordered 2 pairs by mistake I returned one a week ago and this is the second one but she wouldn’t listen and kept saying go check you card the money is already returned I told when I showed her that I didn’t receive the money she told me to go call customer service and find out what happened. I have never seen a worst customer service than this in my life, this location is going down very rude people no smile, no greeting, no help. They lost one good customer today for sure.

Easy return policy without receipt. They have a huge shoe selection. Looking for wide-width sneakers size 11 but didn't find anything this time. The prices ranged from $37-52 for name brands likes Nike, New Balance, and Adidas.
