Customer service is terrible. I am so disappointed in my experience at this store. Thanks for treating your loyal customers like thieves. I’ve shopped at all 3 local to Sacramento and I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Amazing shoe selection. Some great deals for some of the stuff we got. The register area was pretty small and tight. Employees were nice and efficient

The store was a little bit a mess, it wasn't well arranged, the offers were messed up.

Better selection than normal on this latest visit. Shoe supply for men was very low however.

So disappointed in customer service no hello or thank you. Customer service or just being nice I guess needs a lot more training nowadays. Nelya G was so rude doing my return like I was putting her in a terrible place. So sorry about making you do that but that is part of the job right? You work in retail you will come across people and will have to say something at some point. Will not be back here

Excellent selection for a "discounter"... Whilr there's a large variety and price points, deals can be found.

A lot of people are here lately and it is a little packed inside but the place has excellent customer service and it is very clean and sanitized inside.

But the clearance area was the same prices as sale prices, should not clearance prices b lower than sale prices? Cause they should've been priced to clear em out

If you are a guy, this Nordstrom Rack has very little stuff and it’s maybe a little better than Ross. Can’t speak for women clothing, but for men is really bad.

Had a bunch of returns from online. The young lady in returns was very competent which made the returns so much easier.

Good experience here, not as busy and crowded as other NR’s in the area, also cleaner. Had a good selection of purses and watches. Ended up by a nice Kate Spade bag in pristine condition for a deep discount. The woman who helped my husband and I look at Tissot watches was very patient and professional which was appreciated. Checkout was very quick.

Bigger men's selection compared to most NR's, also cleaner, more spaced out, and faster checkout.

It was crowded, hand sanitizer was at the door but no personnel to make sure the capacity was according to guidelines.sale item racks are very close together and there were a lot of people in those aisles. The rest of the store seemed like busy populated business as usual.

Great selection of items. I even score a super cute pair of Dr Martens canvas low boots for super cheap!

The store was well stocked, well staffed, and well priced. Its everything you could wish for.) Take care.

Went in for gloves, never have I been in there before. It was the most unorganized retail store I've ever been in. Customer service was more interested in getting a date with security.

The entire staff was rude unhelpful and seemed to care less that anyone in the store existed. I personally will never step foot in this particular Location again
