Hours are wrong. Said pick up is available until 9pm, but that is not true. Bummer wasting time driving back and forth.
Nice merch, just higher priced. There's a good variety of quality items here. 2 floors, men's dept is upstairs!
I love Nordstrom Rack, I went looking for shoes, so I had to stay focused. I'm not impressed with today's styles and didn't find anything I liked. I'm looking for the perfect red pump, and from the color to the style, it seems like an impossible task. They did have some unique styles and almost threw me off, but I am hyper focused to find the right red pump, 2" heel, with a strap in back. Where are you?
Whoever the new manager is here with the fancy pointy nails is wonderful. There was a rude woman working there for several years and you could just tell she hated her job and I have not seen her there anymore. Thank God. The new manager with the black curly hair who is there in the evenings is wonderful and makes sure the customers are happy. He’s very personable and knows how to treat customers. Thank you for making me feel like a valued Nordstrom & rack customer.
