Nordstrom Rack at Canyon Springs Marketplace reviews
11Pretty clean. I wish the extra additional clearance continues so I can shop and afford it.
This store is fairly new so I went to check it. It was nice and kept up with a good team working there too.
This store is smaller than the NR in Temecula, there isn't enough clearance, and the merchandise is outrageously expensive. Some jeans were $70, too expensive, and then some were almost $200. Yikes!
Very very overpriced, for things that's not even a brand I'm dead! But overall glad to have one in Mo val.
Not sure where the discounts where!
Everything seemed to be just as expensive as if shopping in a Nordstrom Store while their having a sale.
Unappealing display racks, difficult to navigate narrow isles. Dirty merchandise, Outdated make-up. Broken watches, necklaces the clasps did not work/missing. General impression - they just cleaned out an old auction warehouse. Definitely not the NR standard we usually experience. Won’t be going back any time soon.
They didn't have to much I wanted purses and perfume & they didn't have nothing hopefully they get more designer bags
It is a nice store but as always a lot of women clothes and small area for men clothes. Not expensive though.
Overall best experience, the store is clean organize but employees need to be more on the floor to assist clients with any questions and to make the experience more personal.
For it being a new store it’s okay, the rows are very narrow you really can’t fit your shopping cart down the aisle. It’s a law suit waiting to happen, because someone in a wheel chair wouldn’t be able to shop comfortably. I would say the store is clean which is great and the staff that checks you out is nice. But the assistant manager with purple hair should really take classes on giving customer service. The Nordstrom family would be so disappointed in the way she speaks to customers. So surprised that they would have someone that in a leader role of an assistant manager she doesn’t display what a leader is. She didn’t show any willingness to help or any of the Nordstrom values. Not the Nordstrom way. I understand it’s a rack store but she could still provide good customer service which she doesn’t understand the meaning of that or the definition.
Beware! I was happy to see a NR and it looks like they are stocking with good stuff.looks like. I bought an Urban Decay "Honey" pallet. I went to YouTube to look at tutorials.good stuff.then I come across one that compares the fake pallet to the real pallet.she pointed out lots of things one. The inside of the box on the fake is white. The real one is printed on the inside. The one I got tonight from NR had white on the inside of the box. She even pointed out the ingredients list is different on the side. The pallet from NR match the fake. I am in shock they are asking counterfeit merchandise.

I did speak to the manager. She knew her stuff and recognized the real pallet has a printed inside. They took the merchandise back with no issues.
