Nordstrom Rack at Clovis Crossing

From experience please don’t apply to this location. They are very unprofessional and don’t provide the right information needed in order to start working. Went to hiring event. Got a call a few days later that I was hired. Received two different start dates then was told I needed to submit an application. I believe before an event they should mention to submit the application first before making a decision on offering someone a position. They lack communication as well and don’t return phone calls when they say they will.

Nice, clean place with a variety of items. Like an upscale (more expensive) Ross or Marshalls.

One of the best stores in Fresno, much better than the one at Bellagio. It has a wide variety of brands, sizes and styles. There are items that may suit you and some that won’t but they have a good selection to choose from all in all. I will definitely be back which is saying something because the Bellagio NR is much closer to me, but Clovis NR is cleaner and has a better stock. Also all the people complaining about: a) the air conditioner b) no one saying “hello” at the door c) people “following me” plus other random pettiness. First of all if the air conditioning is too cold then leave - simple solution. No one throwing out the red carpet when I come in? I’m cool with that, after all I’m there to shop not spend the day with the associates, I don’t care if you say hello to me or not, I’ll live. If I think people are following me why would I not just confront said boogeyman? Or here’s a thought, I’ll leave never to darken that doorway again. As for some of the other complaints, news flash - it’s a place of business not your bff’s house, or catering to your very personal style, size, color … it’s a retail every day business not Dior or Chanel haute couture. Negative reviews for seemingly petty issue’s is just …. Well… petty.

Still expensive, I shop more Macys because prices and deals are better buy, you can find norstroms made items that are cute. They carry Free People for my daughter so that makes her happy.

It's clean organized place, hardly have any clearance rack. Its having a style so it's expensive but great choice in shoes, handbags

Not great prices. This, by far, is the most expensive location I've ever been to. It's unorganized chaos.

Pricy, not impressed with customer service, I felt watched and followed by sales associates as I was looking at a $20 and under jewelry spinning rack, and basically throughout the whole store. I have done retail my whole life so I get letting a f but there's no need to make customers feel uncomfortable or like they are doing something wrong when looking at open merch.

Love that there is a Nordstrom Rack I. Clovis. The store is neat and clean, hopefully it stays this way. The associates were very nice and knowledgeable.

I went on the first day it opened, there was lots of associates working which was great. Unfortunately all the management that were standing at the entrance as everyone walked by never greeted anyone as they walked in. I stayed by the entrance shopping and not once heard anyone say “Welcome in” “Hello” no customer service what’s so ever. Passed 7 employees not one said Hi. It’s important that you get friendly people hired in Nordstrom Rack as this could be discouraging to shop here.

Went in to grab a mother's day gift for my mom the staff is so helpful & cashiers are very polite everyone seemed to have a smile on their face so service with a smile is truly practiced here.

Very clean and well organized. The staff is still trying to figure out how everything works though. Hope that they maintain how well everything is displayed and kept in order.

Mariah, these are the most absurd reviews. You don't have to respond to everyone, it's ok. 'The AC was too cold and i didn't like color of this one pair of shorts and they were playing Sarah Bareilles and I hate her and my friend told me it was cheap but it wasn't, it was like basically regular Nordstrom prices but a little less. Two stars. '

I enjoyed shopping in this new Clovis location. Clothes are better organized than the Fresno location, and it has a lot more designer clothing suitable for both business and casual. Staff are helpful as well.

Checked it out for the first time this morning- Stopped at the plus size clothing and only had a FEW racks with outdated styles. Horrible selection. “Regular” sizes had all the cute stuff!
