I never had a problem until today. This particular staff at checkout was so rude. I did catch her name but won’t say it. There were so many people waiting in line (we waited for more than 30min) so I didn’t want to make it worse so walked away today but if I ever do catch her next time, I will definitely talk to the manager because she was so rude for no reason. We went for an exchange/return- I understand that it is harder to communicate since we’re all wearing masks and all- but she misunderstood me and said that she did nothing wrong and did everything right so it is my fault for not enunciating it correctly to her; therefore, it is my fault bc I should’ve been more clear to her. 1. If you’re confused, shouldn’t you ask me to re-iterate? Bc at this point, I thought we were on the same page. 2, If I stand in line AGAIN to ask you about the recent transaction, instead of telling me that I should have step-by-step tell you what to do- isn’t it your job to also double-check what the customer is saying? Unapologetic about her attitude, she kept telling me that I should’ve known better and that she did everything right and that at the end, she can’t help us because that is not how she interpret it. This is just so unprofessional on so many levels (i’m in the same industry- believe me) and she shouldn’t be talking to anyone in that manner. Today was so unpleasant that I really feel management should do something about it

Order on line and pick up at store is the best choice, not much merchandise in store to choose from but good service on in-store pickup.

They always have a sale. Clean and even though the line was long the kept it moving at a speedy pace so the wait wasn't long

I had a Awesome Time, in Nordstrom Rack East, , Found So Awesome Bargain, Hip - Hip - Hoo- Ray Happy Camper.

I was looking for a dress shirt 4 my son. I call the store they answer quickly n cheerful. I told them what I needed, they pull to shirts n held them for me (they don't hold items) all around great vibes.

You need an outfit fast, for the whole family this is the place to shop prices are just right. On a budget shop at Nordstrom Rack.

This location is the worst. The selections are horrible and they never have a good selection for baby boys. They have a very small selection of designer shoes if any at all. New buyer please.

This is the slowest shopping experience I've ever experienced. They're clearly understaffed and the staff there is not very well trained. The POS systems are slower than the clerks, they should just go ahead and close this location.

They don't have a good selection of stuff is not as big as the one in San Francisco of course and it was really small I didn't really expect that

They have decent collection of stuff but very aggressive and annoying background music, which makes you think of leaving the place sooner than you want to.

This store carries limited sizes 10-12, shoes also; prices are marked incorrectly and it took too long to check out. However, the store is clean, the employees are great and I feel safe.

This place is always a mess. The associates are not polite nor knowledgeable. Stores like this damage and destroy the Nordstrom reputation. Very disappointing!

I dont have nothing bad to say about Nordstrom Rack. The only thing is cashiers are not smiling to the customer. Do you have to pay fir the smile? 4 cashiers they dont even smile to the customer. Upsetting i think they need to under go to customer service training.

I love this Nordstrom’s it’s near my home and I can always run there and get something when I need to put an outfit together

I like it. Sometimes I found very good clothes with huge discounts. But sometimes prices are outdated and will be good if they will add a scanner to check price before you go to cashiers

Nice store, but the customer service is deplorable and the clothes are thrown all over the place. Personally this place is like a Kmart.

Under-impressed by a longshot. It seems like Nordstrom buys low end/ cheap lines for this store. And the customer service is nothing like it is at Nordstrom’s. While I get that you will get what you pay for, it’s misleading to have the same name. These are two totally different animals!

Not as large as some other Nordstrom Racks but still has a good selection and it is consistently well maintained as staff really tries to keep the clutter down to a minimum. Very easy parking nearby that never gets too full even during high rush times.

The stock of this Nordstrom Rack changes seasonally, so it is best to check the store often for new stock. I have made some great buys here in housewares, shoes and accessories. The lines on the weekend get ridiculous so I restrict my shopping to weekday mornings.
