I like this place. The staff is friendly. I wish they had a bigger selection on crocs for women and men.

Great place to find the essential stuff I cant get anywhere else! And the prices aren't that bad. They just reopend after this covid lock down. Now I can buy some new shoes again! Thanks

During covid they put wet wipes for us to use, they put hand sanitizer on cashier and they sanitize the fitting rooms regularly. Thank you!

I went into this store on Thursday, 06/11/2020, to do some returns. While I understand and respect social distancing during this time, this store was overwhelmed. They were not at all prepared for ANY customers to be in the store. I waited in line for 3.50 hours just to get to the register; only to be told that if the registers were closing at 10: 00 pm and we would have to return another day. No one at the store seemed to really care about the customers. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone!

This RACK is my fav cause it has the larger mens collection of all racks in inland empire.finding “treasures” are def possible here.stuff are generally better quality with better pricing than most places like tillys, nike store, and similar places.

There's all lower prices sales that's was good prices than a Nordstrom Store in the Galleria at Tlyer mall was overpriced than that. There's a lot of enough shoes for a Men & Women. N. R.store inside the Riverside Plaza.

My first time here absolutely love it! Clean organized lots of name brands to choose from prices are cheaper than Amazon!

It's a Nordstrom's Rack lol. It is very clean and well organized. The sale racks are easy to search thru and clearance prices are excellent! Staff is friendly and helpful but not overly hovering. Exactly what I want and expect from a store like this.

Its a very nice store just wished they had more variety in their makeup selection for those that are makeup junkies

It's alright, perhaps in the wrong person to ask (I don't really care about name-brands). As far as I know, this is a clearance outlet for Nordstrom's. To me the prices are RIDICULOUS (just not quite as ridiculous as they'd be in the regular store), but that's just me.

The cashier girls where nice but it was impossible to get someone to help us out, i wanted some baby shoes that were in the top rack of their shoe racks i was looking for someone and when i finally found someone i mentioned the problem and they said they'll be back with a latter, well they never did.oh well i guess

Dont be fooled by the retail me not fake coupons. If it doesnt have a barcode you will get no discount.

I returned 2 pair of boots (Frye leather boots and Uggs) today. I received them for Christmas and waited 1 month before returning them without a receipt unfortunately.
Fayla who is the store manager was kind and accommodating.
These were expensive boots and receiving a store credit was appreciated.
