Nordstrom Rack The Shops at La Jolla Village

The products in stock are very reasonably priced. The place is clean and welll stocked. The staff is courteous and provide fast, efficient service.

You have to dig around but you can find some real treasures here. Parking can be a bit tight on the weekends but worst case you walk a little and that isnt going to hurt most of us:)

Great finds, even greater return policy if needed. The 'regular' Nordstrom at UTC is just the same, so whether the 'Rack' or Nordstrom 'reglar' the good service is the same. 1 ISOLATED INSIDENT In the Men's Fragrance dept. 2019 Maria: Mngr of said department was, not only extremely rude, but threatened to call security when I responded to her comment ". Whether I'm copping an attitude" My response, "WHHHAAAAAT! Are you nuts! " Other than that Nordy's is GREAT!

I don't know why I even bother going anywhere else. The brands they carry for the prices they offer, is the best price/benefit ratio in the country.

Store service is always top notch I wish the same could be said when I call their customer service phone support

Be careful if you're ordering online! Their shipment arrives VERY late. My shoes are going to be 2 days late!

I love/hate this store. Always a nice selection. The parking lot is ridiculous. Once you find a spot to park, go in and shop, the line to check out is equally ridiculous. Add 45 min allotted time just for those two reasons.

A lot of things to choose from. Always some sort of sale going on.

Way smaller and less selection than the Mission Valley Nordstrom Rack. It's just a random hunt if you find anything good

I found a gray and black stripe Halogen cashmere sweater, retail price $198, Nordstrom Rack price $89, on clearance for. $10.49! Yep, I'm a bargain queen and proud of it!

Really good place for clothes. When we're in the area, we generally stop by here. This one is much better than the one by our house in Rancho Bernardo. Much better selection of clothes.

Nice selection, but after checking my receipt I realized I never received my additional 25% discount on the red tag item. Ball drop.

Terrible experience - it us sad when a store makes you wait in line for 12 minutes to take your 107$ for a pair of sunglasses. Been there twice and getting checked out each time to far too long

Deals deals deals. Lots of variety and brand name/designer things at (more) reasonable prices. I live for the shoe section here. Small size feet women rejoice in the options! (Size 5.5).

This shop is very excellent. Especially I like sunglass and shoes of this shop.
