To begin with Chris was really helpful and understanding of the issue that I had besides of being very respectful.
It’s a really nice place to get your dry cleaned done.
I will definitely recommend.
The zipper on our sofa seat cushion was broken. So I posted a request on Yelp to see who could & would repair it. Only 3 businesses responded. One could not because they were too far away. Another told me they don’t do that kind of work. Chris from 9 to 5 dry cleaners posted that they would do the job and even gave me a quote. He communicated with me regularly. This company does beautiful & professional work. Plus they are reliable and reasonable. I highly recommend 9 to 5 dry cleaners for any alterations!
Amazing place. This was my first time in the Concord area and I showed up for a wedding with a weird white scuff on my coat. Jesus worked with me on the turn around time. They also texted me when it was done so I didn't have to call in and ask. Fast/affordable.

Unfortunately this is now under new ownership. The new owners/employee counted our clothing when we dropped off our clothes and when we picked them up they had crossed out the count and reduced it by one. They didn’t call us prior to pick up and their explanation was that they miss counted. However they charged for the original number of items.
Horrible customer service. We are left thinking that they lost a piece of our clothing. We won’t be back.
Since covid, I haven’t had to take much of my clothes for dry cleaning until recently. I decided to give this place a try and brought a pair of slacks, a suit (jacket & slacks) and two winter coats in. Turn around time was great, price was reasonable and employees were very nice. I will definitely be a return customer.if you need great service, you should check this place out.
