I went to Susanna Yim to lease a brand new honda civic 2022 sport, and i am very happy that i went to her. She is very knowledgeable and helpful, and she made the process very fast and easy. It was a hassle- free experience, she did not try to push any extra sales on me, and got me an extremely good deal (cheapest deal out of all the nearby dealers). I highly recommend you go to Susanna if you are looking to get a new honda.

First time buyer here! I worked along side with Sales representative Luis Gomez through a smooth process of buying my new 2021 Honda CR-V. He made sure to explain all the steps and made sure to disclose of any costs so there was nothing I did not know about. Really recommend Luis Gomez as a first time buyer.

I got my Honda Civic here I got out a really good deal. I have to go to the manager a couple of times from the salesman to the managers to get a good deal took about five or six times I was about to walk away and then they gave me a bit a little bit better deal overall I think we had a solid deal for our Honda Civic. My best suggestion whenever you go to dealerships is to ask to speak to the manager if the salesperson isn't giving you a good deal.

Service department representatives have alot of attitude especially since they remodeled the dealership. Not to mention over priced service and making recommendation for service that is not needed. This place needs a serious over sight by Honda Corporate.

I had an appt for Saturday and when i arrived was so shock to see long line of cars but with a few patience and a little 15 minute wait, the Honda team handled efficiently with great customer service and took very good care of my Honda and received back in good time too. I've always come to Norm Reeves Cerritos and they are exceptional and honest.

After the service my seat was misadjusted. Also the tire valve stem cap on the passenger front tire was missing. I drove in with 4 of those valve stem caps. Finally it took over 4 hours to do a 1 hour job - 4 wheel alignment. Whatever you do, take your car somewhere else.

Brett Gringhaus is the best sales person on the planet! Honest and honest. Of you buy anywhere else you are getting ripped off. I bout my Pilot from him and my Sister bought her civic from him. I will buy all my Hondas from Brett in the future.

The absolute worst service ever. Hounding us to come in and renew our lease early. Promises of a great deal by doing it. We get there and complete opposite. Sam sultan was the worst and his supervisor was worse. Why call us if you can't work a deal.huge waste of time. And he kept bragging about all his sales.wish I could put zero stars.

Easily the best Honda dealership in southern California. This is not the closest one to us, but whenever my family wants to purchase a new Honda, this will always be the one we pick due to the well mannered and respectful nature of its employees. Edward was an amazing salesperson and never pressured us to buy a car as other dealers do. His well mannered personality and knowledge of the Accord just makes me glad this is the Honda we decide to visit and will always visit to purchase a new car.

Phil Byrd helped me through the process and was great. His calm, non pressuring demeanor was relaxing and appreciated.
