2nd Time coming here and never had an issue. Purchased back in 2013 for a new Tacoma. Ended up selling it back to them on 2018 for a 2019.

This is the only dealership I will go to

Edit: changed stars due to call back issues. Customer service end is absolutely horrible at returning calls or even answering. Now I have an issue with the DMV and tags are expired with risking me getting towed and impounded. During my recall notice, I kept calling and getting sent to voicemail, left plenty and no call backs.

If you want a friendly, and no pressure car buying experience ask for Sal or Vanessa at Norm Reeves Toyota! Sal was patient and knowledgeable. They offered me a very fair trade in price for my Tundra. It was more than other dealers offered. I’ll definitely recommend to my friends and family! 5/5 stars!

I was very serious into buying a new Tacoma, seeing if they can give me a good deal,
The (internet sales director) …. Damion was not being serious, had no intentions of even helping me out, and was not answering any of questions and look like he copied info and paste it in my email. Looks like this man does not know how to deal with Customers. Unfortunately for him he costed his company a sale. I had everything ready from down payment to loan approval from my credit union and this man just coughed it up with his un professionalism.

I had a great experience purchasing my new car. I had spent months looking in two different states, finally something similar was found. Dan Nguyen was a great help and made this process much smoother. I'm only not giving it 5 stars because I was not informed of some things before the buying process which caused very minor inconveniences but overall, I had a great experience. I'll return for future needs and services.

I bought this car in April 2021 it was nice and smooth until I hit the curbside and found out there wasn’t a spare tire. I had my car towed and bought a new tire and a spare tire the next day. But it’s weird the cushion won’t fit the tire. I understand there’s been supply shortage but no one told me about it. I talked to the service members but they asked me to talk to the sale department. Then I had 2 choices that throw away the cushion or put the spare tire in the trunk, which is weird. Finally I decided to throw the cushion away and of course I can’t place any heavy items in the trunk because there’s no support without the cushion. It’s not a big deal to me but it would be nice if they offer me something even a coffee but they didn’t. It made me sad and disappointed.

Went in to buy a new Sienna. The sales rep told me over the phone the msrp was just below 37k, which I was fine with. I drove 30 minutes to put down a $500 deposit. When I arrived he gave me a printout showing the sales price of 37k. I sat down to move forward with the buying process. After waiting 30 minutes in the lobby area he comes back with the final price breakdown showing a $7500 markup. I asked him why the markup and he said because of the chip shortage and because all the dealerships are doing it. I told him I didn't want to pay the markup fee but wanted to pay the msrp price that he quoted me on the phone. He said that he wouldn't sell it without the markup because they'll sell it to someone else who will pay the markup then tried to negotiate the markup price. I told him I wasn't interested and walked out. If you're going to charge a markup let the customer know beforehand and not when they show up!

They seriously tried to charge my husband over $100 to replace both the cabin air filter and the engine air filter. We're able to purchase and replace the filters for under $35. Only reason my husband took his car to get serviced was for routine maintenance as we're not able to change our oil since we live in an apartment complex with strict rules. We'll be taking our business to TOYOTA OF EL CAJON from now on.

If you are in the market for a new Toyota, this is the place to go. The staff there is very friendly and courteous. Make sure you ask for Vanessa Vuong, she is phenomenal at her job and you can tell that she wants nothing more than to make your car buying experience enjoyable and hassle free.

DO NOT PUT A $500 DEPOSIT ON A CAR THEY WILL IGNORE YOU & WONT GET IT BACK!
I have been trying to contact them to get my deposit back on a 2022 Toyota Prius prime since i found out they were trying to rip me off and found a better deal at Toyota of Escondido.
They are the friendliest people when they try to sell you a car but as soon as your not interested anymore they become a whole new species, and don't treat you with the same courtesy. They told me no matter what if i dnt want the car anymore i can get my deposit back. And I've been calling texting them for confirmation or acknowledgement of me wanting my deposit back but nothing now I'm going to have to drive 30mins there Monday. JUST STAY AWAY! There's so many better auto dealers out there don't give yourself a headache.

I inquired about a Prius Prime XLE and was quoted just over $59,000! Mind you the MSRP on said vehicle is $31,000! Apparently this dealership and their sales person, Obed Pizano, think it’s okay to take advantage of people. I understand the current vehicle market, but to markup a vehicle $28,000? I’m in the market for two new vehicles and I will not do any business with this dealership or any other Norm Reeves dealership.

First, I didn't like that most people working at Norm Reeves were not wearing masks, some outside workers were, and one inside person. That's all I saw. The person who helped me told me I never brought my car in for service at the site. Yes, I did, twice before. Why no record? Now I have been waiting 5 3/4 hours for a call on my car. I was told the work would take a little more than an hour and a half. Worse is, I'm trying to call them to find out what is happening to my car. No one is answering the phones. There is a recorder.if this touch 1, if this touch 2, if this touch 3, but no matter which one you choose, no one is answering and you are re-routed back to the beginning of the message. Frustrating! I need my car. This is my second bad experience with this dealership. I go here because it's so close to my home. But no more, I want to go somewhere to get service in a timely manner and where they answer the phone.

It was a great experience in buying my Toyota Camry SE after its lease was over. The help I got from both: Sal Miran the sales and leasing consultant, and Vanessa Vuong, Sales & Leasing Consultant, was amazing and very professional. They made the process of buying the car very smooth and easy. I appreciate their honesty and assistance. Moreover, The facility is very clean and well organized. If you are thinking to buy a car, go to this dealership as they have the best customer service. I am happy for my experience with Norm Reeves Toyota San Diego.
