The food is okay? If you want to just eat!
I do believe some things are microwaved here.
The food isn't ever really hot?
The waiters are very kind and some have humor! I would too if i knew what was happening back there!
So. If you are high on liquor or whatever? And don't really care?
This place is for you! Hope you brought your rent money, you might need to dip in the savings!

I have always liked Norms because of the family atmosphere, food is good, and the prices are reasonable. The servers wear mask and are very friendly. A good place to go to.

This is one of the best norms I have been to, they always have quick service and the best food!

While recently dining, a customer became extremely disruptive and was making many others in the restaurant very nervous. The manager on-duty, Erin, was able to deescalate the situation while displaying exceptional professionalism! Great manager! You now have a customer for life!

Cindy-Sandy is a very efficient waitress and really knows how to take care of her customers. Morgan runs the floor and staff in a very professional way, making sure everything is running smooth.
I was at Norms yesterday morning and I was very impressed with the great team Morgan has and how well they all communicate with each other.
The wait was not long and my food was just like I ask for it. Crispy hashbrowns, over medium eggs and well done pork shops. Very yummy breakfast!

Great veggie omelets! Missed sitting inside restaurant and enjoy the great food.but my Papasito and I sat in the parking lot and enjoy our last breakfast of 2020

It didn't get better than the bigger better breakfast. Visit every time I'm back in California.

They have all the wheelchair customers sit in an isolated room off to the side in the rear of the location.

Not bad, service was OK food too this set up is OG very old school 60s lighting feel to the place love the kitchen is very visible.

Love the caesar salad you can get with the dinners plus soup. They have special days like military discount, kids eat free day, right now kids eat for 99 cents for all of August. The staff is friendly and the add fruit topped pancakes with breakfast for $1.99 tastes great and giant size.

Sent back the steak & hash browns way overcooked. This never happened before, must be a new cook with no supervision.

Food was cold and undercooked. Don't bother eating there. This restaurant is not what it used to be. They have downgraded in food quality.

Horrible food, untidy surrounding, false representation of meat cuts, flat, tasteless soda. They served me shrimp that was cold as ice and chewed like gum. Need I say more? !

Food and Ms. Susie's service were outstanding. Unfortunately there was an older gentleman asking for money who appeared to be under the influence just north of the entrance. Other than that despite how busy it was they have it mastered with a smooth operation. I would definitely bring my family back but if I a person begging in front of the entrance I would have to pass. Just saying.

They Forgot the fries with my order. Steak was basically a rubber prop.
Place wasn't very crowded though for a Saturday evening though. Staff were so-so.

Long time Norms customer but this was a busy Friday night visit and service was very slow! Waitress was pleasant but unattentive. Had to flag her down for everything I needed even to get her to bring silverware after she brought my food!

My favorite place to eat! Great service wonderful atmosphere friendly staff and really great food!
