NORMS Restaurant reviews
18The price you pay here, you’d think you’re in a high end pricey restaurant. I wouldn’t mind if the food was great. The blandest food ever. I’m done with this norm for good!
We showed up to eat at 5: 30 am. They had a sign posted saying they were closed from 11pm to 6am, right next to all the open 24/7 signs.
Normally the food is really good but this time the experience was bad from the start, our food was burnt. Will not be going back here.
Long wait, they had only one server, but when we finally got seated, the service and food were good
It has a variety of delicious dishes but I chose fruit to lighten the past December holidays but the place and the service are excellent
The service takes awhile. Don’t even bother ordering a steak. That steak was hard and dry.never again.
Could have had more holiday decorations. The server could have checked my tables drinks more too.
Amy here at norms was a exceptional waitress food excellent but she needs help to many people for just her and 1 waitress
I have had a good juicy well done steak but this steak wasn’t even well done when I got it. The steak was medium rare and WAS STILL DRY! Steak was so hard and the steak didn’t even look like a sirloin streak, it look like a fajita meat. Let the waitress know my steak was not well done as i asked, she took it back and it was worst of course. Asked if the had A1 sauce was told yes and it was just the house steak sauce. This is NOT THE PLACE TO GET A STEAK if you know how a really steak should taste like!
I haven't had Norms in 40 years. I was pleasantly surprised! Good food and mellow atmosphere.
The food was good but cold the service was excellent the waitress was really nice and kept checking on us
I can't say it's bad, but it's not good either. While you're waiting for your food, they should offer you a drink, but in my case, coffee and food arrived at the same time,
Waited for 40 minutes with someone coughing in the lobby dispute the restaurant being completely empty, didn’t get half of our food, and eventually, despite the empty restaurant got placed next to the coughing lady. The food was ok, or what arrived of it was; but the onion rings were oddly great. The staff was doing their best, there were only two waitstaff so I really don’t hold it against them. My family, once getting into the car lamented that every time they go to norm’s they regret it so perhaps save yourself the time and don’t go.
I was eating there last night around 3 and Oscar the manager is really rude and unprofessional to his employees. Heard him yelling and all. Had to pull a server aside to get his name. I would never let anyone talk to me the way he talks to his employees. Especially when customers can hear. I fill like cooperate needs to take a look at management there and change it or do something about it.
Do not stop for coffee here. It is watered down or they reuse the grounds, but food is good.
Wow, let me tell you about our amazing breakfast experience on Sunday 12/31/23 at Norms! My family of 5 sat at the bar, and we were blown away by the incredible service we received from Henry, our server. He was so attentive and quick, it was like he was gliding through the air! Our food was not only fresh and hot but also absolutely delicious, and the coffee just kept on coming. We've already decided that we'll definitely ask for Henry on our next trip to Norms. The menu had plenty of good selections, which was perfect because each of our kids had their own preferences. I'd rate our trip a 10-star plus experience – it was that good!
They had a Turkey dinner and I enjoyed it. I love the atmosphere and wait staff. It was just after Thanksgiving and my daughter works most holidays, so it was nice to have the dinner. I currently live with her and her husband.
I'm not gonna lie, I didn't come here Initially as 1st choice, We were gonna have a late lunch/early dinner at four o'clock in the afternoon at texas roadhouse.however just got fed up with waiting 45+ minutes moved down in this plaza to the olive garden. Only to be met with another thirty minutes of waiting! Being ravenously hungry I could not fathem this and moved along to Norms. The steak, salad, appetizers and pasta were delicious and friendly service. As I left, more and more people came in. Probably like us and got fed up waiting at the other places and got comforted by a good old reliable Norms. Thanks for satisfying the hunger in timely fashion.
