North American Van Lines helped make our move as easy as moving 1000 miles away can be! Everyone we interacted with from the moving consultant to the driver to the daily staff that helped the driver load and unload the truck were professional, helpful, courteous, and friendly. They made sure that our belongings were well cared for and that we didn’t pay more then the agreed upon amount. Highly recommend this company!

Best moving experience I’ve ever had. Great communication from all team members. Exceptional attention to detail and care with packing, loading and unloading. Moved cross country from CA to SC and everything made it safely with the same driver and team on both needs. I would absolutely use North American again.

I am very happy with the service provide by North American Van Lines especially with Casey Kalma. I was very apprehension since we were moving across country from San Diego county to Wake Forest North Carolina. Casey was very professional and attentive keeping in constant communication regarding the pick up and delivery of our household items. He assured me that there would be no surprises at the time of delivery, and he actually forecasted the specific day he would arrive (even though we had a window for the delivery dates) accommodating our needs. He was very polite, and carefully handled and labeled our belongings. Nothing was damage. We still have the last of our household to move, and will be a repeat customer due to Casey Kalma's service. The whole process was easy from start to finish. The survey of our goods, scheduling of the pack and load, the actual packing and loading to the unloading at our new home, all went incredibly smoothly. I voiced some concerns over certain items and they handled them with the utmost care. The loaders and driver were so friendly, respectful and did an amazing job of carefully wrapping ALL furniture. A very organized crew. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

The packers and the driver were more than friendly. Don who picked up the load and personally drove it to our destination, offloaded the household goods went above and beyond. Really appreciate his communications as to what was happening when. Could not have been more pleased than I am now.

Our driver Danny is the best of the best. Very professional and courteous. He made the move easier. The packers were sloppy and just threw things in random boxes. I will take me a while to find cords for electronic equipment. They should pack all cords with the electronic equipment. Missing a laser jet printer. I will be making a claim. Otherwise pretty well done.

Your Estimate was one of the highest I had gotten, but your rep Don was the only one that I felt was being real straight with me and the fact that quote price was the final price no additional charges was reassuring. The Driver, Alberto was the Cherry on Top. Hard working, kept us on top of his progress, and was always on time or earlier. He made the whole experience more tolerating.

I could not have been happier with this move. The quote was dead on, the packers and the movers did a fantastic job, the company kept us in the loop on the long trip/delivery time table, the driver, Rudy, was SUPER nice, and not a single thing was broken on the move. This company also quoted me quite a bit less than another national van line so I am thrilled all around.

Excellent movers. They made the move much simpler and easier then it might’ve been. I especially want to recommend Josue who was especially skilled in performing all the different jobs required of him in both New Hampshire and California. At the New Hampshire end of things, Ariel did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend your company.
