WARNING! Worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing anything. Cutthroat sales tactics! I would avoid this place at all cost. If they have a vehicle you absolutely must have stay away from the salesman Ron. He was extremely shady and I am in shock that a dealership of this caliber allows the methods he uses.

I was thrilled with the level of service provided by your sales person, Jose Chavez. He found the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford in under 48 hours. I looked at dealerships in my hometown of Napa, and did not receive anywhere near the professionalism, courtesy, or willingness to assist, as I did with Jose.

I never thought I would be so thankful for someone to treat me poorly as they did at Jim Bone Nissan which lead me to North Bay Nissan. Not only did I walk away with a much better car the Nissan Sentra with better options at almost the same as I was quoted on for the Nissan Versa from Jim Bone. Then to be treated with such kindness and like I mattered that's what I call enjoying it while I spend my money because I was treated ever so kindly from the whole staff.

North bay Nissan is one of the best service departments I have ever dealt with. Always honest and fair and never an up sell. Keep up the good work

Brought my 2012 maxima in for 75k service after all those miles Nortbay Nissan still provides same outstanding service and you get your car back nice and clean. Keep up the good work

Sold me a used car that had squeaky brakes and the oil change light on didn’t notice until a day after I bought it I’m spending over 35k with this company the least they could have done was make sure the car was up to par.

Guy delivered a great experience no pressure and was able to deliver in our time frame Kevin in finance was a pleasure to do business with and I look forward to doing future business with him. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Nissian Petaluma.
