This place does not help me at all. I’m sorry but I am a client here. I don’t recommend it 2017 I was injured Bleeding Head injury at Costco on the ground knocked out with a cracked tooth that still needs to be fixed I let my worker know Alexander Williams He said that he couldn’t do anything and then I talk to my other new Worker Simone and she gives me a number For Legal Help This place never helped me I was supposed to get like an aid that follows me at work or something like that That never happened either I got fired twice because I wasn’t Focusing I’m still waiting for job opportunities at Northbay They still didn’t give me anything It’s not my fault i’ve been here since Since 2014 or 15 I think Still waiting for help. Still waiting My job opportunities that they were supposed to Simone did not fail me. She gave me the information. The only thing that they give me is a bus pass that helps I’m still waiting for a work program I got fired at year 22 And I said yes, To the program and then I got switched to another worker No work program Still waiting for a work program Starving I was 285 lbs 202 pounds I didn’t eat for 30 days That’s all Broke I was Yeah, I’m just gonna end it literally starving no programs at all when I joined this place, not even one program I keep saying yes, and nothing Oh, I almost almost forgot Alexander William, During my accident When I got hit in the head bleeding on the ground out, cold with a whole bunch of witnesses my old worker got promoted And then I got a new worker New worker, and a new worker and a new worker and I keep saying yes to these Programs after my accident now I have short-term memory loss now I can’t even sue place My tooth And Costco made me sign papers without a lawyer, or what the papers meant is still chipped From the accident 2017 It’s gonna get infected and it’s I can’t believe I’m still still waiting for a work program or anything that they can help me with Still waiting for worker aid I’m still waiting for my learning how to drive I’m still waiting for a work program that never happened Over the years but hey, thanks for the bus pass

My son has always had the most wonderful people as Service Coordinators and Supervisors. They truly care about his needs and work closely to help us get his needs met. I know they understand and share our frustrations with the lack of service providers available for my son. My family is thankful for our team at North Bay Regional Center and grateful for the services CA provides.
