North Coast Repertory Theatre reviews
21Superb, rollicking show at the North Coast Rep tonight- " Blues In The Night". Outstanding performances by the 4 actors and great live music from the ensemble band
Always a great show here and every seat is wonderful. The staff are really nice people and shows are first rate. Always a great experience!
Easy to access. Great production! First act long and pretty boring. Second act summed up the play. Very good performance. Highly recommend.
We saw "Annabella in July" and it was excellent! The theater is quite intimate and there is no bad seat in the house.
Have attended a few performances over the last few years. A thoroughly impressive and enjoyable experience each time. I am left more than entertained. Well worth it to transition into a different moment in time for a few hours.
Small theater with a big heart! Big productions. And Talent! Need to add more bathrooms and better intermission drinks.
I had never been here before, but it is an intimate theater with not a bad seat in the house.
I saw the musical comedy "the Remarkable Sherlock Holmes" and was very impressed by the witty dialog, the vocal power of the singers, and by the occasional slapstick.
There were other shows in the prospectus which looked interesting, but stage productions are currently cost-prohibitive for me. This was a birthday gift from my mother who attended with me.
However, the cost for two tickets at $130, for this mileue, at least were very reasonable.
I took a friend to see the matinee performance of 'The Remarkable Mister Holmes'. I am a huge fan on Sherlock Holmes and was excited to see the play. Overall it was great! A little long for seniors to sit through. (Perhaps remove that strange preamble?)
But that is not what spurred me to write. I left feeling confused as to why the disdain for Jews would be promoted? During this age of rising anti-semitism.why promote that Jews are always the guilty ones or not even worth counting as a murder? It upset me and my friend.her first experience of the NCR.
Excellent show and US neighborhood theater usually has very good productions reasonable prices inconvenient bathroom
Normally I love this place but last night's show of Homecoming was dull and unimpressive.
Went and saw the Tuesday night comics. Loved it, it was so much fun. Really great comedy.
We're will go again.
Love the NC Rep, so intimate, great shows.
Amazing creativity! I am always surprised with how much they can do in a small stage. Top quality performers will entertain you again and again. Membership available.
This is a small community theater in a strip mall. However, they do a lot with the little they have. We enjoy the shows there.
We saw Sunday matinee of the Patsy Cline musical. The setting was intimate. The staff was helpful and courteous. Overall fun, and a highly memorable experience.
Wonderful little theatre - excellent production.unfortunately for us at least, the Patsy singer is miscast. Her voice is very harsh and she has strange pronunciation at times. Patsy Cline had a nice mellow silky voice this lady does not.
Tuesday night comics is AWESOME! Mark Christopher Lawrence brings the funny. He hosts the show and features 3 comics. A new one, a up and coming one, then a seasoned one as a closer. I can't wait to go to the next show!
Great live theater. Very intimate, you are right up close to the performers.small coffee shop for intermission. Wonderful experience seeing Ben Butler by Richard Strand.
The most consistently very good theatrical productions in San Diego County for over a decade. Give the theatre a try, you will be very happy you did.
Terrific little theater. Absolutely a wonderful place to see a show. I've seen about half a dozen shows there and never been disappointed once. The stage is so close I can see which props are real.
Highly recommended.
