Big Shout out to Deverie and Julianne at park view apartments. As a vendor that works with many different companies, these two are amazing to work with and uphold a high level of professionalism.

I used to do the pest control for north coast United. Deverie and Julianne were always extremely friendly and helpful. Great people to work with and quick to help with and questions or problems that come up!

I applied for an apartment and the property manager, Deverie was so accommodating and kind and met me more than once at the property when I had multiple questions along with Julianne who was also very pleasant. I ultimately had to back out due to unforeseen circumstances. And even then, after all the work they had put in towards renting me the apartment they handled it with compassion, grace and understanding. I would recommend North Coast United, Deverie and her team to anyone that I know!

North Coast United took over our properties at Posada Way in 2021. Since then, I’ve worked with Deverie and have nothing but positive things to say. Our maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. She is easy communicate with and has always been professional when dealing with issues at hand. I’ve recently referred a few family and friends looking for new places and they’ve had only positive things to say about Deverie and Julianne. I’d highly recommend reaching out if you want a clean environment, clean unit, and a management team that gets things done.

I would put negative if there was any negative star. The property manager Emily she was very unprofessional and she charged me too much when I left the apartment, I was charged around $1,300.00 for one bedroom repair after I left because the apartments are so old and they need to repair everything even that was not your fault. I recommend not go any apartment provided to you by North Coast United Inc, they are expansive and unprofessional. I will submit my official compliant as well, this is because they don't charge the people blindly.

North coast has been really fast about maintenance requests I'm very impressed our ac stopped working on a 103 day and it was fixed 6 hrs later yay! I was an onsite manager for different company and I have to say I'm much happier with this property management as a tenant

I moved up to Sacramento from Long Beach for a job. I was in a hurry, and after baiting me with a listing that didn't actually exist North Coast had an offer that I took sight unseen. The Apartment itself is more or less fine, but after less than 2 years living here I've had my rent raised by $155. My car has been stolen from 4 times, once with a broken window. Each time they tell me that they are not responsible, that their camera can't see my car (great), and that I cannot have a different parking space in a safer area. The pool at our complex was open for less than a month last year and part of my rental agreement includes pool access, so that's just money wasted. In the 22 months I've been here this place has only gotten worse, but when I ask where they get off raising my rent I'm told that the market is getting more expensive and that the landlord simply has the right to raise the rent. So there's not an actual reason, they're just the kind of greedy landlords who prey on people's ignorance and desperation.

Great management! I lived in a downtown Sac property for more than 2 years and I would have stayed if my job didn't move to another city. I certainly recommend!

I recently moved into the apartments at 2311 U Street, Sacramento and I am so glad I did!

The North Coast United property manager Cristina and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the move-in process.

The apartments are beautiful and well-maintained, and I am so happy with my decision to move here. I highly recommend these apartments and the staff at North Coast for anyone looking for a great place to live. Five stars!
