Great customer service at NCB! They happily researched, found parts and installed on our 20+ yo HD blinds we purchased from them in 1998.

I have owned several homes and was in the real estate property management business for over 30 years. As a result I was involved in replacing the window blinds/coverings in numerous homes. Great service! Cindy did a great job. I looked thru all the books, ordered samples and picked one. During the measuring Cindy came up with a different blind. We went with it and she was right. They are perfect. Installers were professional and even came back to reprogram the phone app.

Mine was a fairly straight forward project of replacing two vertical blinds (one window and one sliding patio door) in my newly renovated kitchen. I interviewed several companies but Jayne of NCB came up with an innovative and necessary solution to a somewhat unusual window blind design issue that was prompted by the subtle intrusion of the measurements of the new countertop on the original window space and it is simply perfect.

We had used this company many years ago and they were excellent, but not this time. The designer was was rather rude and condescending. When the time finally came to install the blinds and shutters, there was something wrong with several of the items, including what turned out to be incorrect measurements initially taken by the designer for the shutters which resulted in the installer wasting a lot of his time trying to make that installation work. He finally gave up. The only reason I gave even 2 stars was because of Aldo-he was incredible. He persevered, took the measurements himself for the shutter, and when the shutter had been re-fabricated, came back and installed it perfectly-Thank you Aldo!

Cindy at North County Blinds was great. My client wanted blinds for his whole home. We partnered together and she came to his home with great options. As Designers we never want to overwhelm our client with too many options. She carefully viewed the style of the house and talked to the client about his style and preferences. He settled on a great option and the new blinds totally “transformed” the look of his home. The installation process went smoothly too. I would recommend North County Blinds to anyone looking for a great product, and great customer service. Cindy was awesome!
