Our truck broke down the day of our son's wedding. We had drove in from Arizona the day before. Andrea, the service agent was wonderful. She took our truck in and got us a Lyft ride to the car rental. She was able to get the emoyee at Hertz to not close up til we got there. This was on Saturday and everyone was leaving early. We made the wedding and in a few days we're back in Arizona. Thank you very much.

I just wanted to thank Marcello and his team at North County Buick-Cadillac-GMC for providing me with excellent service! I bought a 2021 Chevrolet Suburban for my business, "Wills on Wheels Limo, " and was served by Yazmin in Sales. Everyone else, including Hannah, Chris, Brandon, David, and Julia, was friendly and extremely helpful! They went above and beyond to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and overall experience. I highly recommend this outstanding team! Andrea was the best. Took care of everything and got the problem accessed and fixed very quickly. I'd for sure come back, their waiting room has wifi so you can still work, coffee, lattes, apples, etc. Thank you, guy/gals, for everything.

Katarina and Brandon were so awesome to work with! They were so friendly and helpful and got me a killer deal on my dream car!

I’m so thankful we came in when we did. My husband and I test drove the car, fell in love with it, and were signing paperwork within an hour and a half. The longest part of the process was Brandon and Kat working on getting a deal that fit our needs and wants—which obviously was worth the wait! Thank you both so much again! Best believe we’ll be back if we ever need another vehicle and we’ll be sending all our friends to you ;)

Saw a used CTS they had advertised on autotrader. Saturday afternoon, I called about it, no answer. Called again, no answer. Went down to the lot, no one to help me. Walked around the lot, still no one. Lingered around, still no one. Started looking at the window stickers, and all of them have garbage add-ons on USED cars such as nitrogen in the tires, an alarm system, and paint protection for a total of $1500. Useless packing that they are just trying to pick your pocket for. These add-ons are not advertised as part of the price of the car, even in the fine print.
That is enough for me, let alone feeling alone on the lot and on the phone.

Service is good. The labor charge is too expensive. I did regular maintenance/oil change without major part replacements, and it is north of eight hundreds. Buick Enclave annual maintenance cost is $800 - $1200 according to Internet sources, but this year I've already spent $1700+ on regular oil change and maintenance.

Larry the service person we worked with was very nice. He was quick to provide status updates and worked with his team to quickly get our car turned around. The repair itself was done well, everything seems to be in working order again which is great. However, the star ding comes from the last part of the service. I was told they "washed and detailed" the vehicle. Apparently this means 'spray the car with water and let it air dry so it spots on all the windows', none of the bugs were cleaned off from our road trip which tells me they didn't even brush it. Also there were oily hand prints on the driver door arm that was not wiped off. One would expect when spending over $5k in repairs they could take 10 minutes to properly clean the car.

Andrea Vega was a pleasure to work with. Kept me up to date with service and repair. Responded quickly, and even finished the repair early! Super easy to drop off an pick up, made things very easy transition. Set me up in a rental at no expense. I highly recommend using North County GMC for servicing your vehicle!

Car was accepted, service completed, and ready when promised. For some very weird reason, after the service, my outside air temp sensor was stuck on 68 degrees F, even though it was quite a bit warmer outside (82 deg F). After a few key cycles, the error self cleared, but no explanation was given as to how/why this could have happened after the service. Was not a problem previously nor after the anomaly self cleared. Did bring the car back immediately to show North County GMC vs. "customer states". I wanted them to physically observe/see the anomaly. As an engineer, I (customer) would like to understand what happened & why.

We purchased all our boss trucks from North county GMC and since then Andrea has taken care of all upkeep and repairs. Fair prices and most importantly they fix everything the first time.

I bought a Yukon Denali from Carmax not too long ago that came with MANY issues. I got tired of Carmax’s inability to properly help with the repairs so I took my Yukon to North County Buick GMC to have the experts help me.

I feel like I got very lucky with having Kelly Chiariello, service advisor, help me with getting this car back to working as it should. Kelly has been so helpful and instrumental in not only getting my family car working like normal, but more importantly, to a point where I can trust the vehicle with my family in it. She is very attentive to my concerns and I feel like she goes above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle gets taken care of properly including with dealing with the Carmax warranty people.

Special thanks to the techs who have worked on my vehicle who fortunately (or Unfortunately) know my vehicle pretty well now.

If you have to take your car to North County Buick GMC I HIGHLY recommend Kelly Chiariello to help you with your vehicle.

Wonderful customer care. My service advisor Derek Suda. Is very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my truck issue, during a courtesy test drive. And helped me resolve the issue. As part of my service. I was also impressed with how professional the dealership is operated. From check in, service and completion.a dealership that really cares about their customers Thank you!

Went in to check on procedure to get on the list for the upcoming electric Cadillac Lyriq. Eliana Rueda met me and told me what she knew. She is very friendly and professional. She advised me to speak with Eugene Champagne who is the Lyriq expert. I left a message for Eugene two days ago, and have not heard back. She did ask another sales manager about dealer markup on the Lyriq. He did talk to me, and answered my question about possible dealer markups over MSRP. Maybe I'll hear from Eugene one of these days offering further guidance.
