25 This was my first visit and I had a great experience! Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.great service! Another amazing point of great service was I didn't have to wait. Dr Dupree answered all my questions and was a great listener!
I definitely would recommend this practice!
This was my first visit. Prior to my visit I was reminded of the appointment via text which was very convenient. It gave me the time, and date, and the ability to opt out. That made me feel welcome and was very convenient. The receptionist, insurance manager, and attending nurse were very professional, accommodating, and warm. I waited less than 10 minutes before I was escorted to the back. Dr. Dupree has excellent bed side manner and it was obvious that she wanted to hear my concerns and solve my issue. She listened intently and gave me several options and helped me decide the best for me. I felt that she was on my side and that she would take as much time as necessary. After my exam and procedure the staff gave me follow up instructions. I am very satisfied, and if I ever need a dermatologist will only go back to see Dr Dupree.
