2 hours patient waiting for pickup. No show and they cancelled first pickup. Call them 5 times today for pickup and no show

They took almost an hour just to get a cab out. By the time they got there the lady I had called a can for had already left.

This was the most horrible riding experience i and my family has ever had. The car was infested with bed bugs. I’ve been trying to reach management since Saturday Aug 27. And no one will assist me

The app is only allowing me to put three stars in it should be five the cabin was amazing very knowledgeable about the area felt very safe and comfortable what an awesome experience thank you Dave

Not the first time riding a cab from this company, I've been in several that reek of smoke that at times I feel forced to ride with windows open just to get some fresh air. This last time, I got home and found this on my white pillow after getting home. It looks like it's a darn tick! I wasn't sure but when I smushed it with my fingers in-between a napkin, it looked like blood and the bug was left flat and drained. Now I'm worried I'm going to get lime disease.

They quoted me one price over the phone about this this and when I got in the car we were sitting at the light and it literally went up a dollar and he trying to argue with me turn down the be five more dollars then I was quoted

They weren't just on time, they were early and waited without complaint. Better value than Uber. 1/2 the price and a nice newer minivan.

North county Yellow cab was a great choice for me. Clean cars and prompt and courteous driver made me a hassle free experience. Perfect.

The driver was nice, (besides not wearing a mask, until I asked him to) but dispatch was very unprofessional. It was $35 for a 4 mile trip, in which my card was charged over three times. When calling customer service an hour later, they said since the charge was still pending, it was no problem to refund the extra accidental charges. Two days later, I find this was not the case. The charges went through, so I had to open a dispute case with my credit card company, which could take up to 90 days to be resolved. Thanks for ruining my Thanksgiving, yellow cab.: (Next time will stick with a rideshare app.

I’ve used this cab company on multiple occasions on Pendleton, their rates are complete garbage, it costed me 35 dollars to go about 6 miles to the gate, not to mention, most the drivers I’ve met are all introverted and give off strange vibes, not do they look professional at all. I’ve have drivers text and drive, play with their phones, cars smell like absolute must and are in dire need to be washed.

Tried to call for a minivan at 3am. Rather than telling us that they had none available they strung us along for hours. A courtesy call back would have been nice so that other options could be discussed.

I would give another star for the driver because he was nice and was trying very hard to help the situation. Their cars are filthy. And dispatch is horrible.

After waiting for 45 minutes dispatch told me no body responded so I called a Uber for the fist time.ride was to me in 15 minutes

When I Couldn't Get A Ride With Uber Or Lyft, Yellow Cab Was There In Less Than 15 Minutes. Thank You.
