North Creek Apartments, Fresno CA

The North Creek Apartments is the most thieving place I have ever known. I rented an apartment and three days after moving in the countertops were in a horrible condition, they were peeling off. In addition, the carpet was torn and it smelled horribly of dogs. They didn't even deigned to clean the apartment before receiving the next tenant and the worst thing is that they charge you for it when you vacate the apartment. The worst of all, they stole my half a month I paid, my deposit, and more than a thousand dollars supposedly for repairs that really didn't exist.
Nonetheless, the dyer did not come with the dryer tube and I had to go and buy it. I recommend and advise you to read the comments of previous tenants because what we are saying is true. Look for another option than wasting your valuable money and time at North Creek Apartments. Lastly, keep in mind that if you decide to live there, they will enter your apartment without your consent, and keep in mind that the leasing office signs the documents for you.

The apartment was outdated when I moved in 5 years ago. The move out was fine awaiting my deposit and waiting for them to fix my car for a year not happy moved somewhere else

We lived at Northcreek Apartments for a year and a half and we never had a problems. The staff was always nice and helpful and when we had an issue maintenance always came over promptly.
The grounds are clean and we loved living there.

I informed the manager that I was working on a deadline. She had my info for days then on the last day she finally decides to do her job that I payed 100$ for her to do. So they fleeced me for 100 and wasted days I didn't have. Don't apply here

I could write a really long review, but I’m going to keep it as short and sweet as possible. I first lived in this apartment complex almost 9 years ago and never had any issues, but moved out after 2 years after undergrad ended. I decided to move back to this complex last year, and it was the worst decision I made.

Management is difficult to deal with and was very disorganized. Even the short time I was there, there was a high turnover with front office staff which only created more miscommunication problems.

Pro tip: If you live here (or plan to live here, I wish you the best) and have a disability, don’t disclose it until you absolutely have to. Why? Because they will use your disability as a reason to dismiss and deny your concerns. I literally had to get a social worker involved to advocate for me.

Despite my concerns and issues with management, maintenance team was awesome and I never had issues with anyone on the team. They addressed and validated every concern I had, and never took a long time to fix the concerns.

Since it’s Independence Day, I just want to say how thankful I am to not live here anymore and am so much happier at my new complex in the past month than I ever was living here. Yay for freedom and finally being treated with respect!

Best apartment in Fresno - Affordable, Clean, quiet, spacious and best of all location! Lived here for more than a year, no trouble! Love the Landscape- aah will miss it

Stay way, over price unit. Secondly they will definitely take your deposit, No matter the condition you leave you apartment in. Also be aware if you decided to live there, they will go in to your apartment without your consent. Lastly be aware of leasing office signing documents for you.
