From the initial visit where Chris patiently answered all my questions to the careful planning of the project to the installation to the clean up afterwards, I couldn't be happier with their work. They took care of the permitting process and Lila was so helpful that she found rebates that I was eligible for and provided me with the paperwork and walked me through the forms.
The heat pump itself is great, whisper quiet, uses very little electricity, and now I have air conditioning when it's hot and/or smoky outside. If your old gas furnace is on its last legs as mine was, you should strongly consider a heat pump and North HVAC to install it!
