North Shore Parasail, Kings Beach CA

On Labor Day we got lucky enough to snag an awesome ride, Justin and Jay took great care of both of us and I would highly recommend it!

If there was an option for 0 stars, I'd select that rating. My sister and I booked for a 3-4pm flight and were told to arrive 30 mins prior. We arrived at 2: 15 and there was no one at the booth; we called several times to inquire and got either no answer or got hung up on. We continued to wait and finally someone arrived at the booth by about 4 pm, who then proceeded to take a group scheduled for the session AFTER myself and my sister. The attendant did nothing about it. Then we were told no more flights for the rest of the day due to wind. Horrible customer service and such a waste of time. Don't waste your time or money here, there's many other parasailing experiences in Tahoe.

I took my 11 year-old daughter here for her first time parasailing. She was very nervous, but Justin and Jay were absolutely fantastic and great with kids. We both had a blast. I would recommend North Shore Parasail to anyone visiting Lake Tahoe.

A wonderful experience.

There was a road work and I got stalled for 15-20 minutes. I called them up and told them that I am getting late for my time. They said I could try my best. I reached in 15 minutes and I didn't find anyone.

The neighbors said that they left at 2p when my booking was at 4p. I traveled like 3 hours to reach this place. They claimed that they sent me a message about when I should reach and I didn't receive any.

The website shows that one can book until 7p for the day and there is no one to be found. The neighbors said that it's a normal behavior. Please plan properly if you are planning to go here. I wouldn't even recommend this place. There are better places close by which offer better services.

After reserving a time well in advance, giving credit card information, and receiving email confirmation, we drove an hour only to be told they were closed this entire week. Many reviews seem to be saying this same thing. Pick another company for sure.

My family scheduled parasailing for 11 and was told to be there at 10: 30, we arrived promptly at 10: 30 and there were two people in front of us in line to check in. After waiting in line behind them for 15 minutes to be checked in, we found out the staff gave our parasailing spot away that we had pre booked. The workers did nothing to fix the situation and their only response was “well you didn’t pay yet”. We planned our whole day around this, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was having a great day at Lake Tahoe until I decided to try this North Shore parasail. The person named Mike Clancy who was calling himself a captain was extremely disrespectful. He yelled at me to put my cellphone down so I cannot make video because I didn't purchased $40 photo package from him. I told him that you're very rude and he told me he's talking in English and tried to make fun of me like I don't speak English. He also told me that he doesn't have to allow me to parasail in front of 10 parasailing companions and embarrassed me in front of them. This person ruined my Lake Tahoe vacation

Very unprofessional. They booked us for 9 am session and asked us to come at 8: 30 am in the morning. We checked out of the hotel with kids early and got there ~8: 25 am and there is no one there. Later on got to know that they rebooked us for 11 am session without informing us. Our return plans took a hit and also kids were super unhappy about the experience. I would not recommend this place and don't want anyone to go through the same experience for themselves and their families.

Same as everyone else. Booked it. Then when we arrived was told they were closed for the week. Then they automatically re-scheduled us for the following week! Um, I’m no longer in Lake Tahoe…when I tried to call, their phone is disconnected and I emailed twice. If they charge me I’m going to be so livid. Even when this company is running they don’t deserve business with how consistently they screw over people and their plans. It’s truly unbelievable.

Even though we got email confirmation and planned it well in advanced they were closed without letting us know and apparantly are close the rest of this week. If you plan to go parasailing with this company call and have vocal confirmation.

I’m deeply disappointed and surprised that a company would do what was done to my friends and I today. Thanks a bunch for ruining our plans on our last day at Lake Tahoe. I booked a reservation online for 4 individuals for June 18 2021 at 1 pm. To our dismay we found no company or anyone at the provided address. We waited for an hour and a half and no one showed up. We called the number provided and it was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail and still no one returned our calls. So now I hope that I can peacefully get a refund and an apology as fast as they took my money.

I had a reservation and it was given away to the people in line in front of me even though I was there on time. Staff was very rude about it and not helpful AT ALL.do NOT come here, there is somewhere down the beach that you can go that is better.

They are not in service as of now (06/12/2021) for the season. I had booked online at their website but found no service outlet at kings beach. Disappointment at the last moment: (

They keep canceling on your reservations, I made multiple and they all got cancelled. Do yourself a favor and find another company so you can actually go parasailing
