One of the best automated washing tunnels ever. Actually cleans and shines. Very fast service and free vacuum!

I love this place! The express drive thru car washes with free vacuums like this are my favorite. This is especially because you vacuum first before you go thru the wash, and there’s always an attendant at the end (while you’re going thru the dryer) with fresh, dry towels that wipes down your entire car to make sure you leave watermark free! The washes with most of these types of places typically leave your car with dirt streaks or don’t usually do a very good job washing in general. I don’t find I have that issue here. Plus, you earn points per wash when you sign up with their free rewards. It’s a couple dollars more than competitors, but I find it’s totally worth it for the service and quality you get. And the staff is always so nice and helpful! I accidentally sucked up my favorite face mask once while vacuuming, because their vacuums don’t lack in the suction department AT ALL, and the guy opened up the vacuum for me so I could get it back. Obviously, I washed it right when I got home but I was so happy to be able to get it back! Thanks North Star for being awesome! Definitely have become a repeat customer and happy I found this place.

I have 5 kids, my car has stains, candy, gum, prints on the ceiling, and was just a mess on the inside with running up and down from home to school to work to school to back home and just chaotic, I brought my Nissan here and meaughn they work miracle my car now look basically BRAND NEW all over again on the inside and outside! AS IF MY KIDS NEVER CREATED A MESS. THE MANAGER HAS SUCH A GREAT ANS WELCOMING VIBE HE REALLG GETS THE JOB DONE GHAT YOU NEED AND ON TOO OF THAT HE IS ON HANDS AS WELL HELPING HIS EMPLOYEES AND CHECKING AROUND THE LOT GO MAKE SURE THAT ALL THE ITHER CLIENTS AND CARS ARE SAGISIFIED AND TAKEN CARE OF! If I could give 0 stars I would. Dishonest business ripping people off. Ask for a full service and pay triple the cost of a normal express wash. Yet once done with the express wash, get told be other guy out front that there is no such thing as washing wheel wells. I said thats not what the guy who charged me said. He said thats not my problem, i cant do such things. They are just int he business to steal your money. I dont care if the charged me $100 and did what they said would do, but when i get lied to and taken advantage of, thats not okay.

This is my second time coming to this car wash. I honestly will never go to any other car wash. Their treatment here is so honest and good and their service is absolutely impeccable.

The manager David was always checking on my car and made sure the work was done properly. This place is lucky to have him. He even cleaned a few parts to make sure nothing was missed.

I got the 25$ full service clean with the ceramic coating and the car came back to me brand new. It smelled beautiful, the vacuum work was done perfectly and I really had no complaints. I am a local Granada hills guy and I am glad that I have this option so close to me. They even took an extra step for me and cleaned up a chair that was extremely dirty!

I am honestly thankful for their work! Thank you David and North Star!

It’s an Awesome carwash. Self-serve free vacuuming stations and after that go get your carwash. If I lived here I’d come here all the time. Just what I was looking for: D

With the rain and leaves my car was filthy UNTIL I went to this drive thru car wash. O. M. G.my Tahoe shines! I'm joining the membership asap! BEST Car Wash Ever.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. PAID for full service including Vaccum. I actually watch the head guy tell the guy cleaning out my car to STOP because they had a line. Lazy job, food crumbs all through out car. He then tried to say it was too much pet hair and they couldn't get it but i was literally picking up hair with my fingers. When I complained + called him out for lying and THEN stood over them and watched, the pet hair seem to come out quite easily with no problem. I get full service weekly and another local place and i have NEVER once had this issue. They didn't even bother to put the mats back down they left them on my seat because they were in a rush and had a line! *see pics below*

One of the best automated carwashes in the valley! Staff is very friendly which makes it a great service. I will be coming back. Also signed up to get rewards points for future free carwashes!

Place used to be a dump, until the new owners took over and actually spent money on giving it a new lease on life. Staff is much nicer and help out anyway they can. The equipment is top notch. They also have someone to dry your car as you are exiting. Only complaint I have is you should have two guys drying as you exit, one on each side.

Due to covid they retooled their car was to be more automated i personally like the change the place has friendly staff and this being the closest car wash to me I always go here. Awesome service and friendly staff. Does not try to upsell you.

Employees were helpful and nice. I took a look at the reviews and came to the conclusion this car wash is under NEW MANAGEMENT. My experience was as easy and efficient as it gets and they even offer a full service so you don’t have to vacuum or dry your car yourself if you don’t want to. Highly recommend this place, coming from someone who is very picky about his car and quality of the car wash. Ignore the old reviews from prior owners, and make sure to give North Star a shot!

Went through the express wash, super fast & clean! I will be coming here way more often. 5 stars!

My 1st time, my car was filthy. It is a drive through with an employee at the end wiping off the water. On my way in I used the vacuum (heavy duty) to clean out the inside. I LOVE THIS PLACE! What a fantastic deal, $8.00 for basic. If you'd like to add other services you can, and of course the cost goes up, and I may do that once a month.

Won't be back. Paid $20 for upgraded car wash to do all the work myself. Vacuum, dry. Clean armor all off rims. Spots all over windows and body of car.
