I was reluctant to write this review, but good customer service cannot go unnoticed.

In the morning, we stopped by for some information and dealt with a very unwelcoming man behind the counter. He was rude and very short with us.

We really wanted to go jet skiing so we stopped back by in the afternoon and met Emily. Emily was very friendly and helpful and getting us our JetSki rental. Then we dealt with James who was polite and very informative. James and Emily made our Anniversary weekend amazing.
Due to their friendliness, we will be back.

The crew and overall whole experience was just absolutely wonderful! My boyfriend had purchased the picture package and little did I know he was going to propose up in the air. The crew caught every part of that special moment for us. They truly made it fun, exciting, and WELL worth the money. (Haven’t downloaded the pictures yet so here is one one of the patrons took)

Awesome crew to take you parasailing. First of all, they’re easy to get to - that’s rare of pretty much anything in Tahoe. Friendly at the booth, friendly on the boat, great with kids, great with their equipment. If you’re parasailing, go here.

Really great! Online reservation and paperwork. Street parking was available but we found a spot in the lot. Really friendly and no wait on a Saturday. My 6 yr old and I had a blast on the jet ski!

First rate service from checking in to helping us get into the gear. I was a little put off by the waiver that basically says even if the company was obviously negligent that they are held harmless. I woiuld definitely parasail with this place again.

What a great experience every time I rent from these guys. We rented a jet ski for an hour and a couple of kayaks for another hour. All the guys were very helpful from check in, to going over the rules, to getting our equipment. Came at a great time - not too many people there yet and it was a Monday (was packed later in the day). If everyone had there stuff together while standing in line things would move even quicker on the check in.not the employees fault! Been going to this place for over 20 years now every time we do Tahoe trip.

I wish I could give them 100 stars! Parasailing has always been a bucket list item for me. When my husband and I came to Lake Tahoe to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary (we came here on our honeymoon) we could see people parasailing from our hotel room, so we jumped at the chance to do it. The first company we made reservations with cancelled our reservation two hours before we were supposed go out (apparently their boat captain just up and quit right in the middle of his shift). So I called Lake Tahoe Parasail in Tahoe City to see if they had any openings that day (we were leaving the next day). They did not but Linda suggested we call their location in Kings Beach and check with them. I called them and talked to the sweetest girl, Bryce (I hope I spelled it right) and explained our dilemma. They did not have any openings either for that day but she offered that they had paddle boats and jet skis if we really wanted to get out on the water. We were already in Kings Beach so we went ahead down to their little hut on the beach to rent a paddle boat. Everyone working there were so nice and really felt bad for us having our reservation cancelled. As it turned out, 2 people got caught in traffic and could not make their reservation to parasail, so they were able to slip us in at the last minute! The Captain and the deckhand, Calvin, were AWESOME and really good at what they do and made everything FUN. In our haste to get on board we forgot cash for a tip, but they accept Venmo right on the boat. And also in haste we didn't purchase a pictures package, but Calvin took some AMAZING pictures and let us pay for them when we got back to shore. What an unforgettable experience! I I still cannot get over how nice and sweet and helpful everyone was. Thank you Lake Tahoe Parasail for letting me mark "Parasailing" off my bucket list!

Horrible service. They told me that I couldn’t rent a jet ski and allowed the next person after me to rent it.

Can’t help but think that they pick and choose who they will rent to based on their complexion.

This place is great! We had a reservation with another company but could never get ahold of a live person and that fell through. I turned to this company last minute and explained the situation. They were extremely helpful and provided outstanding service. When we arrived for our parasail reservation, the excellent service continued. Then the crew on the boat was also exceptional. They were very helpful, courteous, and also very funny. Their sense of humor helped put any nervous parasailers at ease. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great adventure while in North Shore.

We had an awesome time parasailing! These guys are obviously very experienced, because they had everything down to a science. Very smooth take off and landing! They created a fun atmosphere and the entire group had a blast.

If I could put half a star I would. The Customer service Is horrible and they are very rude to there customers.

This place is awesome! Staff is PHENOMENAL! We had such a great experience we rented twice and went parasailing. Absolutely a must place to rent jet skis and other watersport toys. We'll definitely be back!

I came with my father to do parasailing less than a month ago. We gave our spot to someone on the waiting list and the man in charge told us we will get our full refund. It has now been a whole month and they are ignoring my emails. I have not gotten my almost $200 refund.

I have been patiently waiting for weeks and still nothing. I called and their whole service is gone since the season is over. How much more do I have to email and call in order to get a response and taken care of?

I feel completely unserviced, scammed, and terrible with this customer care.

North Tahoe is great place to enjoy.cold water, clear water, nature. North Tahoe they also have watersports like PARASAILING, JET SKI, WATERCRAFTS, PADDLEBOARDS, PADDDLE BOAT, AQUA CYCLE and KAYAK. We tried parasailing and it was fun. Highly recommended and and definitely come back.
