Preparation is everything. The staff was friendly and professional. They were attentive and listened to my concerns. Provided great after-care information. My appointment went well.

Checking in online did expedite the process in seeing the Dr. What I found to be a waste of time is uploading all the information online (including photos of insurance cards) and still being asked for the insurance card in person. Even after informing the receptionist that I had completed the online process, the receptionist checked and still took my insurance card to copy. Very inefficient.

Everyone is so professional and polite. I get solid answers to my questions and know I'm getting quality care. Dr. Van is the best@

I have made this appointment for an eye glasses exam. But it was for a regular exam. You should've made for sure. Disappointed, and the receptionist was also very blunt and not courteous at all for this circumstance to handle. Terrible experience this time!

Dr. Robert Smyth Medina is the greatest Doctors we have meet. The Cataract surgery went very smooth. I don’t have words to thank Dr. Medina.

I receive shots in both eyes every 7 weeks. This time, the time ate the office was the shortest I have experience in the 7 years I have been receiving these shots and I had the least amount of discomfort in the 12 hours following receipt of the shots.

Dr. Tang was very nice and thorough with her exam and ensuring I didn't have a retinal detachment. Appointment was timely and staff was nice.

Dr. Vangipuram is a great opthamologist. He listens carefully, explains thoroughly and always makes sure that your needs / questions have been addressed. I recommend him without reservation.

Great Doctor great experience. I don't have a picture of me, so here is a picture of the incorrupt body of Saint Bernadette from Lourdes France from 1855 prox. Bet you didn't know there are incorrupt bodies of many Catholic Saints. She is the Visionary who spoke to the Virgin Mary on several occassions and the spring that she is responsible for still flows and heals many people even to this day.

The doctor was awesome. I loved the service she provided for both of my girls. She took her time and explained everything to us. Where I was disappointed Optometrist the young lady and young man didn’t know how to bill Medi-Cal. We weren’t able to order the glasses. She told me we had to go somewhere else to order glasses.
Very disappointed.
