My experience with Miss Sylvia has been beyond phenomenal. She is the dental assistant program instructor. She is clearly passionate about what she does. Not only is she there to truly help all of her students succeed, but she has fun along the way. She is knowledgeable and patient. If you have been considering taking your education to the next level, Northwest college Riverside has a dental assistant instructor that you need. She will truly help you find your passion for Dentistry. Thank you Miss Sylvia. You are a rockstar!

My experience at NorthWest college has been life changing. I’ll be the first in my family to graduate from a college, coming from immigrant household I’ve seen first hand the sacrifices endured for a better life. I appreciate everything this school has taught me and a special thank you to my PT instructor Mrs. Goines. Who’s gone above and beyond for each student, “no question is ever a wrong question” she says, over all a wonderful teacher who taught me career and life changing skills. Thank you North West college for my experience.

Since the beginning of my experience at North West, Mr. Fam has been a genuine person preparing his students into the LVN program. The staff at this school makes the school very inviting and makes for a great environment. Study, do your work, and you’ll have fun.

I just want to start off by saying both Mrs. Goines and Miss. Johana have been phenomenal. Mrs. Goines was my PT instructor and helped me not only truly understand this field, but love it as well. Working full time and going to school got hard sometimes, but I did it.and it wouldn’t have been possible without Mrs. Goines. She’d go above and beyond for everyone in her class and I will forever be grateful. & as for behind the scenes Miss Johana. I trusted her dearly from the start! She kept me on my toes when it came to collecting paperwork and placing me into my externship site, wanted to be kept in the loop the entire process.and I appreciate how hard she worked getting everything done knowing she had other programs to take care of as well. A big thank you to them both, and to northwest college for offering such an opportunity.

This place is another disappointment just like summit career college only doing in person once a week and when it came time for the externship, we specified in san bernardino all they were able to offer was some clinic that was only showing front office work even tho I did schooling for medical assistant IT WAS A WAIST OF MONEY THAT I WILL NOW HAVE TO PAY BACK DON'T DO IT LOOK FOR A GOOD SCHOOL THIS ONE JUST TAKES YOUR MONEY AND THINKS ITS OK

I would like to thank all the staff at North-West College for the great experience I've had as a Medical Assistant student the past year I've been with them. In particular I'd like to commend Ms. Cardenas who has been an amazing MA instructor that taught in a both engaging and informative manner. I'd also like to thank Ms. Jennifer, a substitute who inspired several of my fellow students as well as myself with her passion for the subject and experiences which we learned from despite being with for only a short amount of time. And finally I'd like to thank my Externship Coordinator Ms. Claudia who has always been communicative with me through the Externship process as well as finding me an amazing location for my externship. I recommend this campus for anyone interested in pursuing a career in Medical Assisting.

I loved this school. If you're thinking about MA program, ask for Miss Angie. Best instructor I have ever had the pleasure of being taught by!

This appears to be a professionally run operation. The staff appears to be very professional, friendly, and willing to help.

I have been a student here since May 2021 and I am lucky to have had Mrs. Martha Goines as my instructor. I have truly learned a lot from her and have been using what I’ve learned at my externship site. Because of her teachings, I can truly say that I was prepared to enter into my externship site. Thank you Mrs. G.

This review goes for Mrs. Jennifer. She goes above and beyond to help you with anything you may need. Need more information on a subject? If she doesn't have it, she will go out of her own unpaid time to search for it and get it for you. You can see and feel the passion she has for teaching.

I came to take a look at this school about a month ago. When I first arrived I notified the school I was only there to get information on a program. Everyone was very friendly however extremely pushy I told them I was still looking at other schools that I would get back to them. They kept calling me every single day when I clearly told them I would get back to them after I had done my research. They even called my job! That is extremely unprofessional! They started sending their students to my job to apply and they said I had referred them! Very unprofessional and I will not be coming to this school.

I'm currently on my last 4 weeks of my last MOD. The MA program has been so amazing. I'm a single mom and I was able to manage getting good grades since day 1. The support system is so awesome and Ms. Kym is so patient and she doesn't mind explaining things over and over until you understand. She genuinely cares about her students and wants them to succeed. I'm so glad I joined the program and I'm almost finished.

Mr.hurst and ms.kym are the best instructors. They explain things so well and offer so much support. I'm a single mom and I thought signing up for college was going to he hard. They explain everything so easy and I love attending classes. I definitely recommend this school.

I'm currently attending the MA program

Dr. Cylke thinks it’s a good idea to send students to a hospital in Los Angles that is full of Covid Patients for clinicals, with no PPE, no N95, and when we brought up that we were uncomfortable with that all she said was to “drop out. ” Highly unprofessional. I’d give 1 star if possible.

Idea of this school is great but who would have thought that it was not promised a spot at success. The service was scattered an late. They don't care to give anytime to those who don't make it past S. O. S cuz its a RAT race thank u

If you want to spend 30,000 dollars only to be insulted by the DON and dropped from your classes then this is the school for you. Since half way through our program that school changed their Director of Nursing to “Dr” Katherine Cylke who, since they took over, changed everything about our program. From grading, to theory, to Clinicals, and even our schedule. Not only has she been very rude to the students she also allows instructors 0 input on home work assignments. She is clearly trying to drop students when she changes the grading system half way through a term. She blames students for not completing assignments on a new virtual clinical platform that has hundreds of glitches and then she insulted the class when they brought it up her. One more thing is that she doesn’t live in California so when we asked her about our clinical sites she told us “somewhere in California”. This site has turned very unprofessional since she took over and I would recommend this program to no one

Honestly I gave them a one start because I can’t give them a zero. I went there for pharmacy tech and honestly it’s not worth the student loan, I did get a job a retail pharmacy but, they need to change the curriculum because I wasn’t prepared the program is way out dated form my experience of working for two pharmacy only blessing came out was two great friends that I walked out with and Michelle who helped me, this a slight review on all the things Negative things that happened to me such as the professor quitting, and him not really teaching us everything and out of my whole class 3 ppl only got a job currently going back to school on a different career path just thing before you sign up for that loan
