Northbound Addiction Treatment Center - Newport Beach

Place is neglected and full of black mold. It is a bait and switch facility that recruits patients from out of state and then burdens our health care system by taking advantage of California’s taxpayers. They increase our health care costs by milking the state provided insurance with out of state residents. It’s pathetic and hurts all of Californias taxpayers while they make millions. You will just be an ends to their means and treated as such. There employees do most of there reviews. They hire patients directly from recovery if they decide to stay in California at minimum wage. Expect this kind of care. Photos don’t lie. Except theirs because they are staged.

Northbound was an amazing place to clean at I can honestly say that it changed my life completely and if I can do it anyone on the planet with an addiction can do it

The entire Northbound experience has been amazing for us as parents. From admission all the way through to release, everyone at Northbound was professional, helpful and always had our son's best interest in mind. We have had follow-up texts from people that helped us in the beginning. Our son has decided to stay in Orange County due to the massive sober community and support system - Highly Recommend~!

I am Grateful for Northbound Alcohol/Drug Treatment Center, my alcoholism is not and that's a Good thing. NB unlike other Detox/Rehab facilities I have been to in Orange County, Riverside County, and New York, Northbound's Mental Health Services really helped me as a team effort with anxiety and depression. It's not a place to go on vacation even though they have a healthy amount of physical activities, creative, music, meditation, spiritual and Faith based groups/classes. I'm proud to be an Alumni of my Northbound Family. I'm in constant contact with Ariana case manager, Dr. Todd therapist, and Rachel, Dustin, Wendy, Craig, basically 90% of the staff.

My time in residential care here at Northbound for alcoholism had been nothing but life changing. The staff has been helpful in every way possible and I will never forget their kindness. I feel confident in my sobriety and would definitely recommend Northbound to anybody wanting to treat their addiction issues.
