The only Dr I trust with my son is Dr. Arunrunt she is the best! Listens to your concerns, explains very detailed and actually does something about your concerns! You can tell she loves her job. Always very polite and we are very grateful for her. Her medical assistant is the best he’s very polite, listens to your concerns as well. Is very informative. Thank you Dr. Teda Arunrunt for providing the best medical care

Horrible appointment service I would give zero stars. I was waiting for someone to answer over an hour they answered later I was put on hold then they hung up. I do not recommend this place at all I have had issues with the staff as well if you don’t get up and say something they take their time and it’s happened when it’s not busy, I will not be coming back. The staff is lazy including customer service if they don’t like their job they shouldn’t be working

Worst experiance ever! This clinic never picks up the phone and when they do is only to hang up. No point in calling!

Same issues as everyone else. They don’t pick up, when they do if after an hour and they hang up on you. If you are in need of a follow up as discharged from the hospital, good luck…they won’t see you. If you need your results, good luck getting them. I know it’s a low income clinic, but you still working with humans.

Their appointment call center is HORRIBLE! I can't ever get someone on the phone unless I wait for 30+ mins, once I finally do get my call answered, they put you on another hold, and eventually disconnect the call. It is RIDICULOUS! Norma, their supervisor is also never available. You go straight to her voicemail. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

We were there to get vaccines, I was asking for directions. Everybody was so vague I had to walk around and around to find a vaccine station. They were not helpful, as if they didn't know themselves

When I needed to call over for something so simple nobody ever answered the phone in 2021 and now it’s 2022 and again I just need to have simple info answered and again nobody ever answer believe all the reviews you see, it’s like I’m trying to call the president or something, but the gag is when you go to the location there’s a receptionist just sitting right there it never makes sense

Good luck trying to get ahold of a nurse over the phone I been trying for a few weeks already all the front desk do is transfer you or put you on hold usually 45+ minutes and after all the wait they simply hang up on you

Horrible customer service I was waiting for 15-20 min I called again waited some more and no one ever answered me.

This clinic seems like most of the nurses and pediatrics don’t even want to work here. My appointment was 6: 15pm and I been waiting for 1 hour and a half in the lobby then call me and finally got a room but waited there for almost another hour for the the doctor! Like around 8ish I finally got checked by the doctor. But they seem like they don’t even want to work and care for there patients. Horrible horrible horrible clinic!

Don't answer phone calls but they make u wait alot of time to hang up the phone very bad service and the ones in front desk they have a bad attitude not all of them but 3 out 4

They NEVER answer. Doctors and staff have ignored my medical requests and conducted tests against my wishes. They have the worst medical staff I have ever seen and I work in health care. They cancel appointments constantly. They make medical decisions for you without consent. They will make appointments for you without consent. They will make you go out of your way to accommodate them. The staff and doctors lack actual medical knowledge and don’t stand by the standard of care. They will make guesses instead of conducting proper testing and if you ask them how they came to their conclusion, prepare for the worst response. These people are not experienced or trained properly. None of the staff know their own policies or the way their company is operated because everyone gives a different response by assuming. Every time I call in someone will literally leave you on hold for a long period of time, pick up, then hang up. God forbid these people actually had to work or be professional.

They made me feel at ease I don't know where else I could feel comfortable. I was in good hands!

I'ma be honest here, I wish I can give no stars here. Cause that's how bad I hate this place. And I still have to go here.
I get that they're busy, but why hang up while I was waiting for a call for 20 mins, call again. I'm paitent person, but since it's been on going with bad service, Im done.
And just feel frustrated to talk to them. Their were times when they even hang up on me while I was waiting for the call. I used respect this place, but it's down in dupms. Sorry for the new people there.
