It turned out my car was totaled but the entire experience with Frank and Nothern California Auto Body was truly excellent. True professionals, and extremely friendly and most importantly understanding. I highly recommend this shop.

Frank and his team provided excellent customer service in a great timeframe. My Tesla looks beautiful and cleaner than when it was dropped off. It’s the big and small details that matter. If you need body shop work Frank is your guy. He is straight forward, honest and cares deeply about customer service. He also works well with the insurance companies making sure all details and paperwork is covered. I highly recommend Northern California Autobody. 5 stars!

Excellent service and reasonable prices. They were very transparent and provided several options for parts when I brought my car in for bodywork repairs. They take good care of their customers, would gladly do business here again!
