NorthPointe Health & Wellness Center, Fresno CA

Had a loved one there a couple weeks ago an I was very pleased with the care that was provided.the therapy team is amazing and anytime there was a concern the nursing staff moved quickly to help

Had a close friend there about a month ago. I was amazed with the facility. Was kept clean and all the staff very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend sending your loved ones there.

NorthPointe is such a warm and cozy facility. The residents and staff are connected as family. With all the controversy that surrounds Health Facilities, some forget that as care workers we too grow to love the residents and go through the emotions of loss and heartache. Thank you to the staff, residents and families for allowing me to be apart of such a wonderful community.

My mom was sent there after having a bad stroke. I feel so blessed she went there. The place is very clean and the staff is the BEST. Walking down the hall all of the staff greeted me and made me feel welcome. Answered all my questions and was great with my mom. The best was the Social Worker there, Laura. She always made time for me, very helpful and I will always remember her for helping me thru these hard times. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a place for their loved one.

Great building with caring staff! The team has been there a long time and has a lot of compassion and love for their residents!

For skilled Nursing needs I highly recommend bringing your loved ones here. The staff are all amazing and it's a home like environment. I absolutely love the team here and it's been a true blessing to work with people who truly care about the residents and their needs

Northpointe is a poistive place to be, has some kinks but nothing that cant be fixed! Enjoy being here and love speakibg to other family members!

The worst most irresponsible facility I ever experienced. Don't allow your loved ones to be sent here.

Having met most of the staff there and also able to experience my first time being in a senior facility, it was a wonderful experience. It was a pleasure and honor to be there. I learned alot about senior care. Thank You NorthPointe and a BIG Thank You to Ray, RNA, I've learned alot from you keep up the hard work and it shows it on your residents, your a great influence and true meaning of what passion and not just a pay check looks like.

Funny how most of the bad reviews only have people with only 2 reviews. Maybe you bad reviewers should get out more and experience different places?
