They sold me a 16' corolla with a broken cupholder broken driver's side rearview mirror messed up rear window tint and I went back to get atleast a few issues resolved they tried to charge me to correct the defective vehicle wouldn't recommend this place go elsewhere

I had service on my car today and the service advisor honored the lowest possible coupon. Saving 20 dollars when there was a better option, which I asked for and was shown to him when the car was dropped off. When I asked if the multi-inspection was done he said you have to ask for it. So much for taking care of customers. Very disappointed.

Just went in for routine maintenance. They did seem a tad disorganized and didn’t tell me I wasn’t going to get an oil change today. So I ended up staying there longer than I needed to for a tire rotation and pressure check. The attendants need to be a tad clearer on what to do next with their customers.

Service was great. My consultant Eldridge was outstanding. I would like to see text reminders the day prior and possible online scheduling.if it is available and i am not aware, i hope someone lets me know. Also, a courtesy exterior wash would be nice Otherwise, experience was great.

The place is very clean but I was very disappointed, I took my car to change the battery and we waited more than 2 hours for the car.

They were so patient and helpful and Sabrina did a fabulous job. They helped me get into a car with a payment I could afford and didn’t stop helping until I found what I wanted.

Good service, nice team (except for one guy who always tries to upsell so be careful), never waited more than 10 minutes on either end of visit.

My Prius rarely has problems. When there is an issue, the service dept always diagnoses the problem quickly and accurately. They are able to fix whatever is needed the same day. It's the only place I will take my car.

Went in to do regular oil change service on my 2015 Tacoma. Got great help from John Flanagan as allways. Great down to earth employee! And ended up walking out with a new 2018 Tacoma with outstanding help from Manager Eric and Sales Person Melvin, who sold me both trucks! Five star dealership! You are in great hands here!
