We called Rick at Northwest Exteriors and he gave us a very reasonable estimate for the 11 windows in our home. We made the decision to go with the Anlin windows and we are so happy we did. The installation crew of Joe and Albert were top notch. They were professional and efficient, as they removed and installed all the windows within the day. If you are looking for a reputable company that you can fully trust, then you should call Rick at Northwest Exteriors! We give them 5 stars all day!

Communication was outstanding! Joe and his partner did an excellent job installing retrofit windows, new sliders, and they did a great job in removing old tile from kitchen window sill and added new interior trim around that window. They were on time, neat and did a very professional job. I highly recommend Northwest Exteriors.

It was a good experience guys were great, only draw back was the old windows were Kaye’s on my carpet and left 3 grease lines in three different places, should have used a tarp, I did say my carpet was old and would eventually be replaced but still the care should have been taken not to leave giant marks ….

These guys were pros. They came in remove the old windows, kept the worksite clean and did just an outstanding job on the replacement windows in our house. They were extremely respectful of our house

Northwest Exteriors has been amazing to work with. I had some changes along the way and a few other things popped up, but they were extremely patient with me and always provided the best customer service and advice. Jesse, my main point of contact was top notch! The install took less than a day and the crew was respectful and professional thanks to Joe and Albert. I didn't think I would love the new windows and doors this much, but it has been a game changer for our home! Worth every penny. I plan on going back to them to replace the rest of the windows in my home.

We just had all 18 windows and a patio door replaced by Northwest Exteriors. From first to last, this has been a fine experience. Rick and Melissa at their sales location took a lot of time with us to be sure we knew all of our options and had the information we needed to make an informed decision. Installers Bryce and Jamie were thorough and efficient and Bryce did beautiful interior finishing with special moldings and sills. Installation was done, inside and out, in 3 days. Our house now retains the interior temperature, and it's amazingly quiet inside. And I love the way these windows bring the outside in. The price was less than a third of what the big companies quoted to us. You will not be disappointed if you choose this company! Postscript: 3 years after installation, one of the parts on the slider started to malfunction. First, Northwest sent a repairman, but it turned out to be a defect in the door itself. Northwest arranged for Anlin to send out a technician and it was fixed! No charge! I love the follow up!
