Friendly, professional staff. Feel they really care about our furry friends, and do a great job caring for them. Highly recommend them. It's a forty minute drive for us, but it is worth it.
Excellent Veterinarian, they are so caring and friendly and great at what they do. They are up front with you and don't gouge you on costs. We have tried many vets, but they are the best. They are now our family Vet. Highly recommend
They gave me an urgent appointment within 2 days during the pandemic and then called me twice to bump our appointment up because others had cancelled. Very diligent, caring and responsive. I was floored at how affordable it was
They understood my situation and were able to see my dog right away. They gave me options for treatment and were very caring.
Our dog got hurt over the weekend and needed stitches. I called numerous vets all of which said their schedule was swamped, next available appointment was 12+ days out, there was a 10 hour wait, etc. Not Just 4 Paws was able to get me in the next day! And to make things better, they came in $200 under my original quoted price.
Amazing staff. 1st time we were there was a sad day we let go of our Gypsy Girl. Thank all of you for your kindness. We decided this is the caring staff we were looking for, and have chosen this facility to be our perminate Veterinarian. Thank you for being kind and truely compassionate.
Both the Veterinarians and office staff were not only professional but friendly, answered all questions regarding our dogs and followed up the next day with test results of our dogs with a phone call by the Vet, outstanding!
Not Just for Paws that's treats your Fur Baby like Family. They take the time in explaining everything to you, and even do follow up calls to see how they are doing. I highly recommend them!
When all other cat/ dogs vets were booked out a week, I called here and had my cat in within hours. Great on the phone, on visit and called after a few days. Kiki thanks you too?
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The tech and the vet both took the time to thoroughly examine my pup and answer all of my questions. It was an excellent experience.
I bought a laser therapy package for my 12 1/2 year old Ridgeback and made the necessary appointment. I arrived on time, but had to wait for over 40 minutes. There was zero communication about the estimated wait time - it is very difficult for an older dog to sit/stand on concrete for such an extended time. When I complained and asked for an estimate the response was curt and unprofessional - no apologies, no explanation. I asked to see a manager - no apologies, no explanation. I asked for a refund and my dog's original vaccine documents. I was told someone would call and get back to me. It's been two days and nothing. This is the second time this has happened. The first was after a massive hematoma appeared on my dog's ear. It took 2 days to get an appointment, then the male vet - not listed on the website - did a terrible job of draining and ignored the three other issues I asked him to check while there. When I spoke to him on the phone, he was unprofessional and tried to upsell me on services that are not appropriate for a dog as old as mine. Worst vet experience EVER.
The check-in process needs to be more stream-lined and organized. I was waiting outside with my puppy in the car for over 25 minutes after my appointment time before a vet tech came out and began the process. Everyone I spoke to were nice and friendly and knowledgeable, but I just wish the check-in process was better. The follow-up call was nice to have especially with having a new puppy. I'll definitely be back for my follow up appointment in June.
They prescribed a special diet of Cat food, I got 2 cans to last the weekend and when I went back on Monday they said they wouldn't have anymore till Friday. They did say to come by and get the prescription. I was lucky Petco had some.
My Cat is very sick, they said the blood work would be available on Monday. Tuesday at almost 7pm I got a call with the results but only after I called twice during the day for an update. The hold times are 30+ minutes long. I sent an email and a text with an update on what I was told by the imaging center. There has been no response. I called again today and was told I would be called back in 2 hours. 3 hours later I call again and she said the vet is too busy and it will be a few more hours before I hear anything. My Cat is very sick and I doubt she will live the weekend. I told her this, she didn't care. She only cared that she had 5 other callers on hold. She's too busy to care. Their voice messages while on hold say they want your Pet to be part of their Family and that Dr. Laura cares about your pets. This is a lie! If you truly care about your pet find a different vet, this office is too busy to care. I found another vet today and will be seeing them tomorrow. They should have been honest and told me they were too busy to take care of my Cat, she could have gotten help sooner. I have been very patient, but today I am very angry at being told more lies.
Love the family atmosphere where the whole veterinary team knows my pets and me. So much better than the corporate practices that are everywhere these days. Still professional, quality care at reasonable prices. We love being part of the Not Just 4 Paws family.
Very knowledgeable doctors and very caring team! Dr Laura has done a great job and we are so happy she’s here! We trust her with our cats and dogs!
